Great location and service.
Prime location on the boardwalk and walk in either direction for great restaurants, bars and beaches. Gorgeous pools (though large one is chilly- heated pool is smaller one in back). Great bartenders and staff all around. The breakfast is fantastic! Truly, enjoy it. Our room was gorgeous- overlooking the front pool and ocean and had a jacuzzi on the side porch (which unfortunately barely worked even after they tried to fix it). Had an issue with the concierge as she charged us for deluxe tickets and told me I had asked for that (I had not). She did offer to refund us after a bit of back and forth but it was a frustrating experience. Great location but I wouldn’t rank as a must-stay. Especially given the prices. Some areas needed upkeep ie: missing pool tiles my niece cut her foot on, older carpets, jacuzzi malfunction etc.

A great relaxing week in an amazing hotel!!!
We have just returned from a week at this hotel and had an absolutely fantastic time. The hotel is perfectly located, close to beaches, shops, restaurants, and nice walks along the promenade to find a sunset at night. The grounds are beautifully kept, the pools are super and kept the kids entertained. Everything was spotless, and there were lots of sunbeds with comfy mattresses. We opted for the all-inclusive and were very surprised at the quality and variety of the food. Sometimes all-inclusive hotels try too hard and have too much choice at the expense of quality. We found the dishes they cooked to be fresh and traditional, with only a few "international" options. I really felt like they focused on delicious local food. There were, of course, some options for the kids like pizza and pasta stations, but I had veal, lobster, oysters, mussels, fillet steak, and turbot—a 5-star dinner! There are a number of à la carte restaurants that we didn't try, but we didn't feel we needed to, given the options in the main restaurant. The entertainment was also top-class. There was a good selection of shows; Jivettes, Atlantis, and the Masquerade were excellent. The kids loved the mini disco too! Daytime activities were equally as good. Candle making, soap making, and the absolute highlight was the glass jewelry making. The kids loved it all. We had a garden-view interconnecting room which overlooked the smaller pool but also had a view of the sea. Again, everything was perfect, and the cleaning from housekeeping was spotless. The highlight of the holiday was the friendliness of the staff! They would do anything for you and really made you feel at home. My daughters really summed it up on the last night: "Best Holiday Ever!!!" Thanks, Iberostar Anthelia!

Anthelia Hotel Costa Adeje
The Anthelia is an outstanding hotel that both I and my family will highly recommend. Rooms, food, staff, attention to detail is second to none. The pool areas are great, staff at the pool side deliver outstanding customer service, with all the team going the extra mile to make time spent at the pool relaxing. Special mention to Marcel, top guy. The children’s club, Star Camp team work super hard to keep the kids entertained. Reception staff, restaurant staff, brilliant so helpful and friendly. House keeping staff, do an amazing job. Two small negatives. Whilst in the swimming pools, children are not allowed childrens inflatables. The evening meals start at 19.00, it would be better if starting at 18.00. Especially if having young children. We will be coming back,Thank you all at the Anthelia x

Rooms and facilities were spotless and well maintained Staff at the pool (Marcel in particular) and at the restaurants were super attentive and friendly, and we’ve felt really looked after during our time in Tenerife.
