Our hearts will always belong to Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta. We were married here in 2023, so returning this January for our anniversary was already special—but the team completely blew us away. They surprised us by playing our wedding song throughout the resort, gifted us a framed photo from our wedding day, and even treated us to hydrotherapy at the spa. It was such a thoughtful, emotional, and personal touch that meant more to us than we can say. A huge thank you to Beatriz and Paty for orchestrating such an incredible surprise. You made us feel so celebrated and loved. Hyatt Ziva isn’t just a resort to us—it’s part of our story. We can’t wait to come back again and again! ❤️

Overall stay was good. Had great time with family. Kids enjoyed the kidz club and activities. Beach was clean. Special mention to Javier for engaging in entertainment and fitness related activities. We have been to Hyatt Ziva Cancun and compared to that resort, food options and restaurants seemed little less. Keep your expectations low when compared to Ziva in Cancun.

Fabulous long weekend in PV
Went for the Big Day Planning prior to our wedding in April. We had a great time! This was my fourth time to Puerta Vallarta, first time at Hyatt Ziva. Loved how private the resort is, i.e. you cannot walk there along the beach from other resorts. They upgraded us to the swim up club king - which meant we could get service from the waitstaff at the Tortuga Bar from the swim up pool! Joshua was a standout as was Jose Luis who took great care of us. Dinner at Blaze was our favorite. The buffet for breakfast and dinner had pretty much anything we could think of, including bloody Mary, mimosa, and margarita bars. The food was all around really good. The pools and beaches were very nice and not too crowded. We can't wait to come back with our friends and family for our wedding!

Hyatt Ziva round 2!
Traveling with friends to this resort is always fantastic! I love the staff. They are ALWAYS exeptional in care and service! Accommodating and friendly! A big thank you to Isreal and "Super" Amondo for setting us up with the perfect spots and making sure we are getting everything we need! Jose, was the fantastic with his serenades, dances while he served our favorite cocktails! The Captain at Blaze, the hicahma tacos and service was wonderful!

Disappointed. Website activities not updated properly so missed water activities. Room had black mold!! Also don't bother with club suite, anyone can pretty much use their amenities.
