    Underwhelming Experience

    We just returned from our trip and we were left underwhelmed. Upon our arrival, Jazmin was fantastic at checking us in and being very hospitable. Our room was clean, but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The infinity pool was great, but firmly believe this should have been the adults only pool. The current adults only pool was hidden and boring; Little to no entertainment, and was half shaded. Service at the infinity pool from Saul, Miguel, Christian, and Emmanuel was fantastic, our drinks were never empty and they brought us meals when we asked. The restaurants were very clean, but the food was just okay. Asian and Indian were our favorites. The steakhouse was very poor quality. The New York steak I ordered was poor quality and very fatty. The sides were not good either. The service at Casa Cortez was very slow, and the food was again just okay. Overall, it was a very clean resort; but do not think we would return.

    First time in Cabo. Loved the Hyatt! The staff was extremely friendly. The food was great! Hotel was clean. Drinks were great! Can't wait to go back!
