Lovely hotel and if they were to provide quality evening entertainment I’d go back. The pool was very cold, a heated pool is much required.

I stayed for a week at the hotel . The hotel , the breakfast and all the amenities exceeded my expectations and staying there was a relaxed experience. The pool area is cosy with natural environment, the gym is with a view to the see and the food at the many restaurants located inside the hotel offered quality in both services and food. It is in my view specially important as I do not find it interesting what the surrounding area outside the hotel has to offer. The extra plus was the spa/ massage that I had there. I had one pedicure experience, two deep tissue massages and one relaxing massage. All done on a different day and with different persons doing the massage.I used the spa before the deep tissue massages. I can confidently say that everything was exceptionally perfect done with great care and lovely personalities. I was thrilled as this was the most important experience I wanted to have while staying on the hotel on my vacation. I highly recommend this for someone looking for such a treatment. I am soft , relaxed and happy 🙂

Superb hotel and food
Better than expected. Hotel was big enough to keep family with 10 and 8 year olds entertained. Between the Kids Club, swimming pool, few mins to various beaches, Preferred Club area - we were all occupied and had a superb time. The food in Preferred Club member was worth paying for to access their Lounge (served sit-down breakfast with better options; snacks 1330-1630 and canapés and free flow alcohol 1630-1900) and special areas for cabana and bar to look at sunsets. Came with hotel free parking worth 15 euro (we rented car for few days). The evening buffet was worth paying for as the seafood (fresh prawns and fish cuts) and meat cuts (fresh beef steak, duck etc) options were great. Drinks excluded and we were not heavy drinker so didn’t get the drink package. Just ordered a glass of wine or pint of beer with food. The hotel was really well decorated with tropical plants and ala-Greek island feel. Thoroughly enjoyed our week stay!

Nov 04, 2026“You should not have booked this hotel if you have an allergy” - Guest Experience
This is what we were told when trying to speak to reception about the poor labelling and inadequate allergy information given to us from very start of our stay. The staff did not seem to know what ingredients were in any of the food that they served - e.g Head Chef told me there was no gluten in soy sauce (if you know you know). The hotel ended up telling us that we did not ask the correct questions and that it was our fault the allergen information given to us was wrong - i’ve been coeliac with a severe nut allergy for the past 10 years, I certainly know what questions to ask. Overall a very disappointing stay with no safe food options that catered to allergies and staff who did not want to help. The rest of the hotel was very mediocre, the pictures are definitely nicer than the place actually is in person. If you are just doing B&B this hotel will be okay, if you have a severe allergy or dietary requirement I would avoid at all costs as per their own advice. Interesting that it wasn’t stated on the website though…

Nov 04, 2026LOVELY WELCOME - DISAPPOINTING DINNER
Had a fantastic check-in experience with Teddy and the front desk staff. We really appreciated the warm welcome. Unfortunately, our evening meal at the Lighthouse Restaurant was a real disappointment. It took over an hour for us to receive our food. It was strange as the restaurant was nearly empty. The restaurant hosted our table plus only three other tables of two guests. The Italian appetizer was white toast with some spreads. The fish main course was overcooked and the steak was cold. We were too tired to wait again for the kitchen to prepare another meal. Very disappointing. Certainly not up to Hyatt standards. We will return to the hotel for another visit, but plan to eat dinner at a local restaurant.
