Rather big area. Beautiful place, everyone very helpful. We had our own pool wish was nice. The waiters came by and took orders at our terrece all day. (All inclusive). The food was okay. Some different restaurants at the hotell. No one really top class though but okay. The hotel area was quite big so a bit of walking. Nice pool bar in the water. The gym was great. Room service with breakfast for ex was a nice thing. The bathroom was nice.

Hyatt Zilara!
Such a beautiful and relaxing place. My wife and I enjoyed time together in a clean, well maintained hotel, with such great bathroom, bedroom, pools. I loved the way the showers were set up, the bedrooms and the swim up pools. We set goals for the year and reconnected physically in an atmosphere built for passionate lovers! We really did have an amazing time. I wish there were enough seats at the beach, and less phone calls during morning, because we stayed up and tried to sleep in. But an amazing place to rest and relax! Also with the best woman in the world!

We had a great time! The resort is on the smaller side which we really liked everything being close together. The pool was very cold, but it's January so that's to be expected. We enjoyed both the pool and beach bali beds that we rented. Omar the pool/beach concierge was absolutely wonderful! Our pool waiters Javier and Abraham were excellent as was our beach waiter Julio. All of the staff that we encountered were wonderful, the food at all of the restaurants and room service was excellent. Nice beach too, we will definitely be back!

Great Beach Trip 2026
This boutique hotel is stunning and very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was very fresh, and they provide a lot of fun activities including games by the pool, workout classes at the gazebo and rooftop, and free non-motorized water equipment. Great relaxing atmosphere for couples, group of adults, and safe for single travelers.

Waiting time for dinner was too long. They do not take reservations. Waiting time some nights were up to more than an hour. They even closed the buffet one night. Not really bright. Created an overflow in restaurents they could not handle. Staff is amazing but the wost management i have seen.
