Good first time trip to Paris. Loved family room with connection for our family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 kids. Breakfast in Mayo was great. Mall behind hotel and easy connection to Metro/RER.

Room condintion was not ready to use. There were some hairs in ther drawer and bathroom. No clean. Staffs never cared the customers during long check in line and customers request. There were no access bathroom to use. The bathroom needed a roomkey but they had never explained. Lots checkin customers complained about it. I requested the Humidifier to use but they gave a bad one. I called and visited to explained about thi issue. Someone came to my room to check it and he said i will bring a new Humidifier within 5 minutes But never back to the room. I don’t recommend if you want to stay with Hyatt good customer care. This hotel is just low class business hotel. The only good thing is “Eiffel tower view”.

The hotel was incredibly clean, and I truly enjoyed Paris right from my room while watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle and change colors at night. The location was perfect, with direct access to the metro and close proximity to the Arc de Triomphe. Everything about the stay was wonderful, but most of all, the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. They made my stay even more pleasant and truly memorable. I felt happy and comfortable throughout my entire stay.

Not a great experience. Shower was cold, room smelled like smoke. I would not stay here again. Far below the quality I would expect from Hyatt.

Best hotel for families in Paris!
This has been one of the best stays I have ever experienced with Hyatt. The hotel is beautiful, the view from the lounge is breathtaking. The suite upgrade made our trip incredibly special, as we were celebrating my daughter and my belated birthday. It truly felt like a thoughtful and meaningful gift, and we will always remember it. Thank you again for your exceptional hospitality.
