Hyatt Regency Newport Beach

The hotel is very nice. However, the rooms need more attention. The window to the outside had a bunch of fingerprints and was dirty. The bathroom wall was full of ants. One of the rooms had a spider in it as well.

Booked this hotel for a Todd Rundgren concert experience; very nice property and would return if no concert experience

Tired hotel

Hotel is very tired. No room service available. Nice location. Valet was inconsistent. They never bought the car even when it was requested. I always had to wait.

Good but not great

It was average, not up to Hyatt standard. The rooms are a bit outdated, and it took me 2 tries to get a room that didn't smell like old carpet.
