    Ocean view Marina Suite A+

The ocean view marina suite was impeccable! Exceeded my expectations and was sooo spacious. Definitely will stay here again and get this room. The staff was so friendly and the views are incredible. The location is awesome as there are great food choices very close by.

    Amazing place to stay.

Amazing hotel. Very clean, pool and amenities were outstanding. Heated pool with a nice hot tub. The staff was more than accommodating and helpful. Even the valet's were on top of their game. When I told them I would be coming back for the car in 45 minutes they had it parked right there ready go to. The restaurant looks a little dated inside, however the food was spectacular. Great breakfast, great dinner.

    Expected better from Hyatt

Staff are very helpful and friendly. They provide professional and courteous service. However, the property is a different story. It is not worth the Hyatt Regency name or a Category 4 property. I have stayed at Category 1 properties that were better maintained. We stayed in the suites building for 5 nights. The rooms are on the outside hallway side and living area are on the back side. Feels like a cheap motel with the layout. With the bedroom near hallways anytime someone is rolling luggage or carts on the old tile floors it makes a terrible noise that in no way lends to a restful sleep. The inside of the unit is old and worn out. Furniture is torn and scratches on all the wood, stains on the walls. Bathroom is very old. The balcony on the other hand overlooked the roof of the market and was filled with bird droppings. Very unsightly. Honestly we were looking forward to the checkout date. It is in serious need for a renovation, until then we are unlikely to stay at this hotel again.

Nice staff but property needs work.

Hotel was definitely not as expected. Quite dirty and in need of repairs in room. Found eyeliner tube and pizza dipping sauce cup from previous guest on floor upon arrival. For the price I expected more in quality and cleanliness. Loud vibrating noises from wall and floor would come and go. Pool was the only upside.

Exceptional Customer Service Made Our Stay Unforgettable

We had an outstanding experience at this hotel, thanks to the incredible customer service. The General Manager and Assistant Director of Operations went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Not only were they able to upgrade all three of our rooms, but they also ensured we were all conveniently located on the same floor. To our delight, they surprised us with treats in our room when they learned we were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary—a thoughtful gesture! Throughout our stay, every staff consistently asked if we needed something. The three front desk staff members we interacted with over different days were equally accommodating and professional. They quickly provided extra keys for parking, ensured we received daily bottled water with elite status (and even gave us credit to the store so we could buy water when they ran out), and granted us a late checkout without hesitation. This level of attentiveness and care made us feel truly valued as guests. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. -Rooms were clean -Comfortable beds -With Guest of Honor Award, breakfast buffet was at Red Marlin. Food was okay. Nothing exceptional. Service was great. -Heated Pools were refreshingly warm. Overall great experience!
