Apr 08, 2026Another fantastic stay at the Hyatt.
The Hyatt is my go to hotel when staying in London, and as i was lucky enough to receive tickets to paddington the musical for Christmas a night here was also booked. Yet again we could not fault the fantastic service we received at check in, the bar and at the restaurant, everybody goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is a great one. The room was clean and all amenities were readily available, breakfast was as always well stocked and delicious. We enjoy staying here so much we already have 3 more dates booked in for upcoming events this year.

An Awesome Experience
All of the above was beautiful. The hotel location is good, the food was good, staff were excellent, Clyde Best documentary we attended was very good. he Tube or train was perfect.

Great hotel, Great staff and great experience
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency London Stratford for my partner’s birthday, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. I had requested an early check-in when booking, and instead of the usual 3pm, we were able to check in at 1pm without any issues—such a great start to the stay. To make the occasion even more special, we were upgraded to a beautiful room on the eighth floor (room 839). The room itself was spacious, modern, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped. Everything was neatly organised, from tea and coffee facilities to a fridge, safe, and all the essentials you’d expect. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a clean and well-designed shower, and the room was wonderfully quiet. The hotel also went above and beyond by surprising my partner with a birthday cake, as well as complimentary breakfast for both of us—such a thoughtful gesture that really made the stay memorable. The location was perfect, with direct access to Westfield Stratford. We also spent time in the hotel restaurant, where we enjoyed cocktails (an excellent Old Fashioned!) and delicious nachos with a mix of beef and chicken. A special mention to Charles Nkadi , the duty manager, who was an outstanding host. Knowing it was a birthday celebration, he treated us to complimentary cocktails, which was a lovely and unexpected touch.

Positive experience
Excellent staff and great location for shops, restaurants, abba voyage and the Olympic park. From reception, cleaning team, restaurant and bar staff - everyone played their part to make it a good stay. The team were busy but never felt rushed. Brilliant
