Beautiful property for couples and families.
Beautiful property, coming back from storm damage. Prices are high for foods, so we ate off property. Family oriented activities are available. We also noted rock climbing for small people. Pools are staffed and well maintained, but due to past storm the slides are not open. Remember lightening will cause pool closures.

Great resort
This was a beautiful resort! I came for a conference but stayed a few additional days. I was able to relax by the pool and enjoy the amenities. There were even a few vegan options on the restaurant menus.

Great stay!
We stayed at Hyatt Coconut resort for a short memorial weekend and everything met our expectations. Check in and out was quick, rooms were clean and amenities was great with multiple pools to enjoy. Will definitely come back!

Awful Customer Service
Horrible experience. Terrible customer service. I called today to make a reservation. An in house reservation agent answered with a bad attitude. She was very unpolite and rude. When I pointed her rudeness she was verbally ruder and then she hung up the phone on me. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Great place for business conference and mini vacation
Hotel was very light and bright, so gave a very welcoming feel. Beds were very comfortable, and rooms were very clean. The entire hotel had a smell like coconut or something tropical, which smelled really good! The rooms were very close to the conference rooms and the outside activities, so were very convenient to get to. The pool was very nice too.
