Exceptional Service by Front Desk
A family emergency forced me to cut my stay and needed an early checkout. A kind young lady at the Front Desk made every accommodation needed and offered kind words of support. Very touching and kind.

Fantastic weekend with family!
We recently celebrated my wife’s birthday and decide to escape to our favorite place in the west coast. As usual it was amazing! This time we brought our new family member, our pet dog. He was welcomed in all public areas of the hotel, except off course pool decks and restaurants. Also, there was plenty of space to walk him outside, in front of the hotel. We love the atmosphere in this hotel and I would recommend it for families with kids. Their pools are great. The water slides are closed, they will not re-open until 4Q due to repairs, but there are plenty of other activities to enjoy around. The boat to the beach, is not working either. That is also expect to re-open by Q4. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and feel in a quiet, beautiful paradise.

Top notch!
Even in the wake of Ian with several of this hotels features not being available, we found our stay to be an absolute delight. Staff, rooms and restaurants are all on point. We appreciate the efforts!

Suite is a great option for a family of more than 4
It's always nice to be greeted with a warm welcome and offer of sparkling wine to kick off a holiday! We were looking for an option for an extended family holiday gathering and this was perfect. We used a suite upgrade to secure what they call an Island Suite - One King Premium Bayview Suite with sofabed. The entertaining area has 2 entrances and connects to a regular guest room. It came with 6 wristbands, so would allow my father to be with us during the day and sleep in his own bed. It worked perfectly. We were given the option for a 2 queen vs king closer in to check in and also were able to secure a rollaway as our young adult children are past staying in the same bed. There was plenty of space - it does live up to the pictures on the website. Breakfast was good. Some days had more variety than others and service was a bit variable from good to excellent. The globalist breakfast voucher was valid for either the restaurant (including menu items which we didn't discover until the last day) or a coffee/pastry at the small shop. You could not mix/match, but they did allow to-go containers from the restaurant for those either on West Coast time or simply sleeping in - super important for us. We did miss the waterpark and island ferry. They did add more lawn games and such to try to provide more entertainment options.

Nice stay in SW Florida
This property is a great place to stay and enjoy SW Florida. The staff is warm and friendly, very professional, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed being able to site on our balcony with a cup of coffee each morning. This property is also a short drive from some great restaurants along the Tamiami Trail, as well as shopping centers. Very much enjoyed our stay !!
