Feb 13, 2026Found & returned expensive jewelry that I left behind.
On our trip to Spain my husband & I stayed at the Hyatt Centric in Barcelona on November 9th & checked out on the 11th before we flew home to Florida, USA. Upon arrival at home the following day I realized I was missing a bag with very expensive jewelry in it. I first called the cruise ship that we were on before our stay at the Hyatt. I had to wait approximately 2 weeks before the ship got back to dock only to find out that it was not found. I was upset & something told me to call the Hyatt Centic . I spoke with a girl named Azara, I hope I spelled it correctly & by my surprise & pure joy she said something was in the secured lost & found. I couldn’t believe my ears. She took a picture of it & every single piece of jewelry was there. What are the chances of that ever happening? The cleaning ladies must of found it in my room & returned it to the lost & found. Their honesty was a testament that there are good people all around the world. They should be given a pay increase because of their honesty & integrity. I will always stay at a Hyatt when I travel. Excellent
Excellent location, atmosphere and food. Here for work but will certainly return again for a personal trip. Niels and the breakfast team were particularly welcoming. Beautiful views from the room.

Great experience and best team i saw in hotels
Great facilities, amazing service, very very nice staff everywhere, very clean, the food is super tasty, we had a great time here
