Clean and spacious rooms. Excellent customer service. We didn’t encounter any issues and every staff member we encountered was nice, polite, and helpful. Hotel is in a great location and a very nice hotel might I add. I will definitely be staying here again!

Fantastic!
Wonderful location and great service, friendly and helpful staff. A bonus of a coffee machine in the room which was lovely. Room was spacious and clean plus we had a great view. We booked as a deal with our airline, it excellent value for money.

Hotel in the heart of Times Square
Excelkent location Right in heart if Times Square. We were on floor 35 and it was very quiet. ALL staff are wonderful Room was very spacious considering it’s in the city. and amenities were great. There is an adjoining food shop/cafe where you can get a breakfast if required. Not a full English but adequate indeed. Subway station a few minutes walk away

4 night stay in NYC
4 night stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary, great hotel location and nice and clean/tidy. Rooms are a good size and well maintained. Would recommend to others looking for a central Manhattan location

Excellent
Friendly staff and very helpful. Room was more than expected...gorgeous views of Times Square, luxurious bedding, kid friendly, bathroom like a ballroom with an enormous soaking tub. We enjoyed our stay with the drapes open to soak up the city, without a lot of noise at 53 floors up.
