Apr 15, 2026One of the best Roman "Jewels" in Rome
The hotel has an amazing architecture, respecting the roman design, that gives you a glimpse of all famous places in Rome, located 10-15 min walking distance from all Rome "jewels", combined with great service (reception and restaurant staff were very polite and helpful when needed). Our deluxe room has also a separate lounge area with a small couch and second TV, plus a small balcony to enjoy the sunny and warm temperature outside. From bathrobes, slippers to all bathroom necessities (including a shaving kit for men), this hotel appealed to all our senses, making our stay in Rome exceptional. We highly recommend this amazing hotel!

Excellent on all counts
We stayed for 4 nights to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. The hotel was the perfect place for us. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoy a quiet respite from the city centre in the evenings. The staff were extremely helpful and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended (as are the cocktails if you get a chance!)

The hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with touches that reflect Roman culture and heritage, creating a sense of classic luxury. Both the rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. There is some traffic noise from outside; however, this is understandable given the location and did not significantly affect the overall stay. While most aspects of the hotel met expectations for a four-star hotel, the reception staff were less welcoming than anticipated. The interaction felt somewhat impersonal, as if guests were being processed rather than genuinely received. Considering the price point and the hotel’s rating, a warmer and more attentive approach from the front desk staff would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Lovely Hotel
We spent 4 nights at this hotel after a recommendation from our daughter. We had a lovely room but unfortunately it was interconnecting, being light sleepers it wasn’t ideal but not too much trouble for the hotel to move us. Great attentive staff, breakfast was lovely a room with a view. Location is great still close enough for everything but a quieter part of town with some lovely restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Romanico Palace experience
As soon as you walk in the lobby you feel the Roman culture and history. The staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The roof top breakfast area was the best part of our short stay. Every room of the palace is uniquely decorated and designed according to Italian baroque style. It’s called Palace and you feel like royalties staying there!
