    Exceptional - I’ll be gack

    I can’t say enough about my stay. I’ve been singing your praises to everyone so your bookings should definitely increase. From the ‘welcome to Panamá’ greeting from the doorman, to the bellman who took me up to my room, the housekeeping staff the servers in the breakfast buffet (James and Adrian) the transportation staff - I could go on and on. I absolutely felt at home. My 12 days went by too quickly. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I return. Love Panamá, love RIU❤️

    Very Good 5 star experience with room for improvement.

    It is important to emphasize the affordability of this hotel and services offerred, at approximately US$110 per night. These include a massive breakfast spread and several amenities - spacious rooms with a great view, a pool, gym, 24hr cafe, and at least three restaurants. Our stay at RIU went beyond our expectations amid the professional services, spacious rooms, facilities, and great food. While certain small aspects of the room need to be better maintained - toilet, light switches, and carpets, overall it is worth staying at the hotel for the reasons highlighted above.

    Perfect Location

    Location of the hotel is quite central. Closento restaurants, malls and attractions. It is also a location for pickup and dropoff for most tours. The BREAKFAST is amazing! And consistent. Service is swift and courteous, and you can see the staff really values the comfort of the customers. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Panama City
