    Staff needs updating

    Spanish restaurant very good, sushi and bar need improvement of staff. Standing and talking to each other (looked like social talking) instead of attending guests. Breakfast very good, business lounge open 9 am to 5 pm (not open on Sundays) in our room it said that it was open 8 am to 8 pm every day! Ibiza bar, staff were very bad in English and did not attend until we went up and asked! If the hotel updates staff quality it would be 5 stars.

    Excellent!

    We had a great time in Panamá. The hotel is located in a great area with access to restaurants and different amenities. The only little tidbit I have is the sewer smell by the pool area which was recurrent.

    Best Birthday to date

    My husband and I decided to have my 30th birthday at the Riu Hotel and it was nothing short of amazing. The only thing id say is it would be great to have a lil later pool closing time. Otherwise, I will be back as I didn't get a chance to enjoy the sushi restaurant on location. It was truly a surprise too to get a thoughtful personalized birthday letter and fruit/dessert arrangement. Was so lovelyyyyy.

    A wonderful stay in a beautiful city

    The Riu Plaza Panama is gret place to stay in Panama City. It is very well appointed, very clean and a great location for getting around. We had the suite and it was big and very comfortable. The pool was definitely a highlight and dont forget to have the hamburger at the pool or room service, very good burger. The staff were excellent and very helpful at all times. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Panama and the RIU

    good central comfortable hotel

    We have stayed here a few times and always consistently good. Located in the business district but cheap Uber ride to Casco (old town) and other areas. Rooms are nice and good facilities. Nice pool and outdoor bar/ restaurant. Very friendly helpful staff, city hotel but more like a resort hotel.
