Nice hotel. Great location
Hotel is a great location literally over the road from beach. The staff are all fabulous and work really hard. All inclusive drinks are of a high quality as is the food. The entertainment team are also brilliant. Only downside was the extortionate amount to keep your room on checkout day! And the courtesy rooms whilst clean are hot and stuffy. We had a great relaxing holiday though.

Excellent 4 Star Hotel
Riu Parasio Arrived via the TUI Coach Transfer but so wish I had jumped in a Taxi for 17 Euros. A trek to the Coach Station, waited 40 minutes then a transfer of 40 minutes. Allocated room quickly and efficiently as we had already checked in on the RIU App. We were allocated exactly the room we had requested but being in the other block is not for everyone as it is quite a walk to the Restaurant and this is a very quiet side of the complex. Room was exceptional, practical with two large beds, clean linen, large living area and very modern bathroom and beautiful balcony. More sockets would have been helpful but with some moving of furniture everything worked fine. The cleaning regime at this complex is quite incredible from the complex itself, the communal areas and gardens there is quite an attention to detail. The Pool areas were lovely with some nice spaces to hide but other areas around the pool were like Sardines so we avoided. Both pool areas are good but we preferred the chilled side. The entertainment Team had a full day and night programme of events for those at the Main Pool who wanted to join in. The Pool snack bar and drinks were perfectly adequate. The Beach is just out the back gate and across the road. Pocillos Beach and the short walk to Porto de Carmen Beaches are well worth it. The food in the restaurant was exceptional, catering for all tastes and the service was excellent. The theme restaurants Asian and Canarian although very good we preferred the main restaurant so did not book the themed restaurants twice. A lovely touch is that the manager Pablo checked in with us every day. Nothing was too much trouble and the Hotel makes for a very special experience. Please be aware that the Hotel promotes itself as disability friendly but in reality guests with disabilities or special needs may find the Hotel challenging.

Would not return
We recently visited this hotel in May for an 11 night break. We have previously visited this hotel 3 years ago and had a lovely time so decided to visit again. Firstly, I would never go this time of year again due to the amount of rude and judgemental guests that made us feel so uncomfortable. Myself and my partner repeatedly got looked up and down and given dirty looks for no reason whatsoever. We were always polite and smiled at other guests and honestly felt so uncomfortable. Secondly, the food in comparison to 3 years ago was that of a 3 star hotel at a push. It was so repetitive and found that a lot of the nights there wasn’t anything we wanted to eat. The only good parts of the food were the a la cartes - Asian & Canarian. However on the second visit to the Asian a la carte my partner got food poisoning, so not great. Also, I feel they need to label their food better in the all inclusive as a couple of times we plated up food that wasn’t what it said it was. I’m currently pregnant and they had a creamy pasta but it was not labelled that it had blue cheese in it (which you can’t eat while pregnant) so I had to spit it out! The hotel itself was kept very clean and the room was suitable. I felt they could have stocked the mini bar like most 4 star hotels do, so this was a let down. We would not return to this hotel just due to the significant drop in quality of the food as we feel the standard was not of a 4 star hotel.

Lanzarote May 2025
We have been to this hotel numerous times before. We stayed over the bridge in what used to be the other RUI hotel by our request. The staff are very professional, the rooms are cleaned daily, bars and restaurant's although busy service is quick. Plenty sun beds around the pools available all day.
