Lovely hotel Great choice of food. Daily entertainment fantastic. Good location and clean Staff friendly Rooms great and clean Drinks not great Need to clean pool area of cups and glasses a bit more. Make sure you put available note on bed if you want sheets changed. Would definitely go back here was so nice :)

Just perfect
This place has 4 out of 5 on this website and it is being robbed. Location is perfect. There are bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes either side and a pleasant walk into Carmen is filled with shops, bars, restaurants, mini golf, hire shops, supermarkets etc on both sides of the road, or turn left along to Los Pocillos which still has a good selection of the same. It's very safe too with road/cycle /pedestrians all having their own routes. Food and drink at the all inclusive was perfect too. You just help yourself to a very good array of drinks. We were never short for choice for breakfast lunch or dinner which we always looked forward to, and snacks in between. There are never any queues for seating or food and there's even a snack area after hours too for burgers salads fruit drinks etc. The many staff are so nice and helpful and work so hard yet it seems so effortless to them. The entertainment team are great and so friendly especially with the little ones. There's always something happening if you want to join in from art for the kids to aqua aerobics which attracts all ages. There was a duo and a main act on every night in the inside auditorium The pools which there are three of are a good size. One on the north side of the complex which we never went in and two near the main block where we stayed. One is really cold but actually very invigorating and the other near it slightly heated and very comfortable. These areas like everywhere in this hotel were spotless and mopped and cleaned every morning. The room was maybe a ninety second walk from the bars, ample size, very tidy and cleaned daily and the shower was always hot and powerful. We were in the main block with garden views overlooking the sport courts and often had parrots visiting our balcony. Overall this is by far the best all inclusive hotel we've ever stayed in. It is ran to absolute perfection, has a very modern feel to it and it is very aesthetically pleasing. To just sit and chill on the sofas upstairs sipping a nice Lumumba on ice whilst people watching or playing cards is very cosy and pleasurable. We will return 100 %.

Amazing place
Just returned from a week at this hotel. What can I say. It was perfect from start to finish. It was ran like clockwork. Eating times were excellent. Hardly any queues, excellent restaurant staff taking plates away and checking you needed drinks. Food was excellent. Bar staff friendly. Entertainment team were so professional at all times and polite. The maids cleaned every day. Room was fantastic near the tennis courts. Lots of Parrots on our balcony which was lovely. Although noisy. But we loved seeing them. Perfect location of hotel, right near beach. About 25 min walk to Carmen. This is now our favourite place. It has won our heart and we will make it our regular winter holiday.

We have been to this hotel on numerous occasions both for Christmas and New Year and over the summer period, unfortunately this year the gala dinner Christmas Day was a complete fiasco trying to get near any food with the amount of guests let in all at once, and from the 19th dec - 2nd Jan in the first 7 day period we had pork 5 times for dinner 🥴 this was so unusual as we have always had exceptional service every visit it was just the food that was a little let down this time.
