Stinky and hairy bed at the Horseshoe
Enjoy your stay! Make sure to check your bed at the beginning of your stay, unlike us. We found this at the end of our stay, unfortunately. To top it off, customer service questioned our honesty and blamed us for sleeping on it.

Believe all the negative reviews about the dirty and unmaintained rooms at the Horseshoe.
We stayed at the Horseshoe on the 18th floor for over a week November 2023 in a resort room non smoking two queen beds that was advertised as a renovated room. This is totally misleading!!!! It must be years and years since they were renovated as they have not be maintained or deep cleaned. The room was dirty, wallpaper and furniture stained. There was tape hanging down from the wall which remained there for the full time of our stay. Electrical socket loose off the wall. Layers of dust everywhere. You could write in the dirt "clean me". The carpet was ingrained with dirt and dirtied your socks. The air conditioning vents were dirty and churned out dust all day. The shower head needed cleaning. I reviewed the Nevada state law and these rooms need inspecting. The housekeeping staff are very nice, but they only have time to do the basics, change towels etc. We spoke to the desk whose only offer was to try to get us to pay more money for another type of resort room. So I got some antiseptic wipes, wore slippers and tried to reduce the risks to our health. The corridors carpet is rippled and worn so presents a tripping hazard. Minimal lifts available. I have stayed at over eight different hotels in Las Vegas over 12 years and this has been the worse maintained and dirtiest room I have stayed in. It seems the best rooms that were at the Bally's now the Horseshoe have been given to the Paris hotel Versaille tower and the dirty unmaintained rooms have been left at the Horseshoe. The icing on the cake was the taxi con operating at the Horsehoe - not obtaining taxis and trying to get us to use 45 and 65 dollar transport to the airport. I will be posting another review with photos of the room. Suggestion to owner, general manager and desk staff to actually go and stay in a room. See if you would even spend a night or an hour in a dirty unmaintained resort room. Please do not stay here until they make improvements so people can stay in a clean well maintained room. They should refund everybody who has had to stay in these rooms as a goodwill gesture as their description of the rooms is totally misleading. I just wish I hadn't believed the description and fallen for it. Shame on you. Treating people with this level of disrespect.

Not as nice as ballys.
There is no room service anymore at This hotel. Everything is done through the app, and the phone lines are awful. Very hard to find a human to answer the phone. The phone Tree menus are long and don’t give you the option of speaking to a human being to get something done. Front desk was doing all they could to help but I think they are short on staff here. Nice view of the sphere from the north facing side, higher rooms near the strip, end. Room was supposed to be renovated, but looks pretty old. Windows are dirty. After walk through the smoke filled casino to get in And out of the room to go anywhere I guess I forgot they allow smoking here in Vegas.

Stay at an modern MLife property or go back in time at a Caesers property
The restaurants are awful. No room service for food. The roulette dealers are rude. The rooms are outdated. Just filling in space cause trip advisor requires a minimum of 200 characters for this review.

Poor communication
Checked in and checked out and still don’t know my total charged. I Asked the front desk repeatedly for a confirmation to be sent to me multiple times . No microwaves . Lack of communication . Customer service phone number not helpful
