Scam or Mistake
Tried to add $20 per night for parking. I had no car. Blamed me for not telling them I had no car. Looked like the bathroom floor had not be cleaned before our stay. Also double charge for early check in. Manager Jose Diaz did not apologize for the scam or mistake. Check your charges before checking out. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Good hotel with just enough to keep busy
The horseshoe hotel is fairly priced, clean, and has friendly staff. The rooms are nice and its conveniently located on the strip with access to Paris, Bellagio, link, and Caesars. Lots to do and see in the area. the gaming area is pretty small but if you are not there exclusively to gamble then that is not a bad thing. Flavortown has a lot of bad reviews and is way over priced like many of the restaurants in the hotel but they do have a good variety. The speakeasy downstairs is a wonderful place to get a cocktail so highly recommend.

One of the worst places to stay in Vegas - Steer clear
The manager at this location is extremely rude and is not interested in customer service in any way. She stated that she did not have a manager and nothing could be escalated above her. Very poor customer service from check in to checkout with rude and unhelpful staff. Rooms are rundown, elevators are dirty with broken glass and lights that do not work. Rooms are not cleaned unless requested and casino is dirty and smokey with poor ventilation and no sports book. Pool is always closed and the gym is very small with outdated equipment. Food court is a joke, and there are no healthy restaurants to be found. This rebrand even does a disservice to its predecessor Bally's, which was pretty bad in its own right. Stay away at all costs.

Fun times!
Easy to get around in the casino, close to many things. Can even walk to the sphere. Most of the employees are wonderful. A couple not as helpful. I tried to upgrade upon arrival but the service rep told me 1500 SF was too much for a couple unless we were going to throw a party. I later found out they only have coffee makers in the upgraded suites. This was the worst part of the stay. Waking up with a hangover and finding out you had to walk half a mile and back just to get a coffee. Bartenders are really nice and helpful.

Best location on strip
Great hotel/casino. This is my MUST stay at hotel in Vegas. the hotel is super clean, and a great friendly helpful staff. The location is central to the strip with easy access in all 4 directions. The food choices are OK, but you are close to the strip with a million choices.
