Oct 18, 2026Horseshoe Las Vegas
First time visiting Las Vegas. Hotel was centrally located. Rooms were updated and spacious. We did have problems with the air, but the maintenance was very responsive and resolved the issue. It was much easier and responsive to use the app service than the front desk. Wish we would have been aware before booking that the pool was closed for the season and had to use another hotel’s pool. Also wish the front desk would have explained that I needed to get a physical reward card to use at restaurants and gaming, especially since I told them it was my first time staying. I’m still unsure of how the Caesar reward program works. Overall the hotel and support staff was very good, recommend using the app for services request, making reservations and “see and do” recommendations. The Strip was very clean and a lot of activities outside of gaming in the area.

Oct 15, 2026Great guest rooms, just an ok property otherwise…
For a first timer to Las Vegas, staying at the Horseshoe is a solid choice. A clean, good sized guest room, centrally located on the strip, and comfortable. The game floor itself isn’t the best on the strip. There are many dining options nearby that are worth your time. Step just outside the hotel to check out the attached Bizarre Shop food options.

Oct 14, 2026If you like a lot of smoke this is the place
Terrible experience casino is the smokiest I think in all of Vegas. Our room was dated and not all that clean. A clue was the carpet to our room it was filthy I guess you get what you pay for

Reasonable price and good location
Location is convenient on the strip, and you can see the sphere and high roller from the room. The price is affordable for solo trip. The elevator is a little far away from the entrance, but maybe all the Vegas hotels are like this.
