First time visitors on a budget
Came here with my son to celebrate his 21st bday. We enjoyed the location! We walked around easily and when we did want to go further out, we weren't too far from the highways. Our room was clean and comfortable. We could see the high roller and the sphere from our window! It looked so cool at night. During the day, you could tell the windows needed to be cleaned. We didn't experience any noise in the hallways or from other rooms. I loved that we were able to walk thru to Paris too! We had the AYCE buffet at Guy Fieri's Flavortown and it was very good. I opted in for daily housekeeping so it was nice to return every day to a fresh room. As first time visitors, we enjoyed our stay and saved a lot of money. I'd return for sure!

Steer clear!
Terrible customer service. We booked an adjoining room close to elevators and when we checked in she put us on the same floor but opposite ends. When I went down to change this, they were sooo rude. We still ended up at the end of the hall. They say it’s on the strip but you have to walk a bit to get there. Also not kid friendly!!!! Our daughter is under 21 and wanted to stay in the lobby while we played some slots and she got booted from the lounge area and was told she couldn’t even stand in the isle near us. There is literally no where to sit in the lobby. Oh the pool was closed, they told us we would have to walk to either the Paris hotel or planet Hollywood to use theirs but you have to be 21. Again not family friendly. Stay somewhere else, the flamingo was the same price and the people were nicer.

Not recommended
I was excited to see the view from our room. When I opened the drapes, I was incredibly disappointed. We were looking at a roof and wall. No view whatsoever. It should have been stated in the room description that it was a "budget" room with absolutely no view. The room was pretty clean, but really rundown. Overall, it was a fine room to stay in as we weren't in it except for sleeping, but for my first trip to Vegas and not knowing the ins and outs of the casino hotels, the Horseshoe was very disappointing.

Great Location, Spacious Comfort, Stunning Views
Had a fantastic stay at Horseshoe Casino. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout, keeping everything neat and well-maintained. The location is a major advantage, right in the heart of the Strip, making it easy to get around. The highlight was definitely the view of the Bellagio fountains from the room, which added a special touch to the experience. A coffee maker in the room would have made the stay even better, but overall, very pleased and would gladly return.
