    The service is beyond!

    I stayed at the Hodelpa, the tailor at the hotel, Santa Chavez, went above and beyond for me as crew! WOW. She fixed my uniform in a timely manner and with was so sweet and attentive! Can’t wait to come back and see her!

    MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME!

    The employees are very hospitable and friendly! A home away from home! Always and all of them! I love this place! And Sonia Flores the seamstress did an AMAZING job on a couple of pair of work pants! She’s the BEST!

    Hodelpa delivers a great hotel in Santiago

    There is so much to say about this gem in the city of Santiago. Starting with the location — the Gran Almirante Hotel is an easy ride from Cibao International Airport, as well as many of the city’s attractions that Santiago has to offer. From the E. León Jiménez Museum to the famous Restauración Monument and nearby shopping, its location feels just right for exploring everything Santiago has to offer. Moving on to my stay, the hotel features several floors of well-appointed rooms, along with meeting and convention spaces available for weddings, corporate workshops, or any type of gathering. Multiple restaurants are on-site to enjoy the delicious food prepared by their culinary team. I was there for a weekend wedding, and the food at the restaurant I visited was outstanding. The food prepared for the weeding was incredible as well. Even the breakfast buffet was amazing with its omelette station and sweet galore to delight its guests. Frankly, the breakfast part is arguably one of the best I have experienced in quite some time. Hodelpa pairs excellent food with warm hospitality and attentive service — a combination that works beautifully, as I felt genuinely well taken care of throughout my stay. The hotel rooms, common areas, and restaurants were exceptionally clean, and kudos to the hospitality team for maintaining that standard without ever disturbing their guests. My room on the third floor was located next to the pool, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was — there was virtually no noise at all. The value that the Gran Almirante Hotel delivers is undeniable. A clean, well-run hotel with great food, a peaceful atmosphere, and a stunning infinity pool is something to look forward to if you ever find yourself in Santiago. The Gran Almirante will not disappoint!

    the best way to end the holidays.

    We started our vacation at this hotel and decided to end it there. After traveling around the island for almost three weeks, returning here for a two-day break before leaving was fantastic. The welcome was like coming home. The kindness and professionalism we have never experienced before. thank you very much for the free upgrade that you brought us. also an infinite thank you to all the boys and girls, to all the work team in general. especially the boys of the breakfast . arrive to have breakfast and be received with esa cordialidad and affectionate for Hillary, Thanks to Pedro Silverio, one of the guys serving, for his availability, and to Pedro Rodriguez, one of the cooks, he prepared perfect eggs for me.

    Wonderful experience

    Maciel who is the bartender at the Hodelpa is wonderful! She was attentive to the customers at the bar. She was very helpful explaining the choices on the menu. She kept coming to ask if everything was ok. She is an asset to the hotel😃
