    Outdated, pricey and non functional aircon!

    Outdated rooms, the air conditioning does not work and no possibility of opening the windows. The hotel charges way more than the facilities provided. Called the front desk as it was suffocating in the room, no one answered. Avoid!!!

    A Perfect Respite from Traumatic Travel

    We had to overnight in Zurich because we missed our connection. The Hilton was such a lovely place to stay. The front desk staff upgraded our room. The bed was so comfortable and the bedding was lovely. They suggested a trail and we went out for a perfect walk to a nearby village. We enjoyed fondue and chocolate lava cake for dinner!

    Hotel nice; service not so nice

    Nice facilities; close to ZRH with shuttle every 30 mins. Terrible check in experience — took over 20 mins (beyond time in queue). Had booked using points so maybe that was the reason but I had to repeatedly show them the Hilton confirmation email on my iPhone. Multiple front desk people struggled with the process. I asked for an explanation of the issue but didn’t get one or an apology, for that matter. Dead cockroaches in room make me feel as though I’m in Miami. Swiss hotels are no longer what they were 20 years ago.
