Hello Juliana Corsini was totally amazing. She was an ambassador at the Hilton Hotel in New Orleans. She picked up on context clues well, had amazing social emotional and customer service skills. Was extremely friendly and kind. Was very knowledgeable on how Hilton honors worked. And showed overwhelming compassion.

The hotel is great, Liv stood out for her friendly attitude and going out of the way to help a sometimes frustrated guest Hotel needs more like her with that attitude because sometimes I found out lacking in this hotel. Business with Pleasure !!!
I stayed here for a conference for four days and nights. It was the conference hotel. I was booked into a room on the 24th floor. I had to take two sets of elevators to get to my room. The biggest pain was getting the cards reprogrammed because they wouldn't work in the elevators. However, that was the only negative of my stay. My room was a King. It was spacious and clean. Remember, for John Wesley "Cleanliness is next to Godliness". The bed was soft, the pillows were firm, and the room was thoroughly cleaned each day. The bed linens were changed each day also. Very important. The staff was very attentive and responsive. I will give this hotel an excellent rating.

My recent stay at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside for a large conference was very pleasant , thanks to the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond, making us feel welcome and valued, which truly elevated the entire experience. They always answered questions and offered assistance. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and traditionally appointed, providing a nice retreat after long conference days. Although the hotel is older and could use some refurbishing in certain areas (particularly hallway carpets, elevators, and parts of the lobby), the conference and ballroom spaces were on point, spacious, and well-designed for large gatherings. The bathrooms in the event areas were also very clean and well-maintained, which was greatly appreciated. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and having a coffee shop that opens at 6 a.m. was perfect for early travelers. The location felt safe and convenient a standout feature in New Orleans. Overall, the Hilton New Orleans Riverside provided a nice experience, especially for a conference stay.

Vanilla, plain hotel. Good service at front desk and restaurant outlets. Rooms clean. Water pressure in shower was poor after trying all settings. Had a very loud fan that the staff promptly corrected. Asked for a late checkout due to plane delay and the hotel accommodated us.
