    Definitely coming back!

Had a great stay at this resort with family! Adults wanted to spend all day on the beach, but they had a full list of activities during the day for adults and children, from pool aerobics to crafts. At night, we walked 2 minutes across the street to a well lit, vibrant area with tons of restaurant choices, and even a place with live music and a dj. My 8 yr old called it our “dance party.” But her favorite things to do onsite was interact with the beautiful birds. Large colorful parrots and macaws, even a majestic looking cockatoo! They talk, whistle, one even dances! The wildlife coordinator Denko does an excellent job caring for and training them. And for an hour or so a day, they are out of their cages for guests to interact with them. Take pictures (for those of us who are terrified, Denko gets beautiful shots in seconds), hold them, talk to them up close, even give them treats. My daughter bonded with the sweetest African Grey Parrot. She would visit at different times to talk to him before going to her next activity. Thank you to Denko for making her interaction with the birds special. Such a patient, kind, and knowledgeable person. We will definitely be coming back - hopefully next year.

Extremely extraordinary place to stay and perfect beach too!

We just loved the Hilton!! Everything from check in, room, and house keeping. All were extremely friendly and loved speaking to you. Palm beach is my favorite. Very close to restaurants and shops. We are coming back next year 2025 for our 35th wedding anniversary. Can’t wait!

Trip 12; Check! Bakers dozen trip already booked:)

Had another FANTASTIC vacation at the Hilton Aruba Resort. Even with the Aruba tower under renovation and construction of the new tower, we would not go anywhere else. The Hilton's staff make everyone feel special. The team at the beach including Maggie, Angie, Lica, Junior, Marcellino and Dann made each day an adventure. I Recommend the bike tour to the lighthouse. We had dinner at Laguna, and the food was very good plus the entertainment during dinner was a nice touch! Already booked our 13th trip and look forward to Tasha and Grace welcoming us back home at the front desk.

    Not even a complimentary cookie!

36th Anniversary Celebration. Which was indicated at the time of booking. Not once was even a complimentary cupcake, cookie or bottled water offered in acknowledgment. We have stayed at many hotels for our anniversaries, and this is a negligent first. Not sure if the Hilton would be recommended. The beach setup, not the greatest, meaning if you want to sit closer to the shore, it’s a $35 fee. If you sit in the middle to mid back it’s $25 & $18. The free seating is in the back. It is a free/public beach. All the beaches in Aruba are, so why on earth should hotel guests pay for their stay and in addition to that, pay to sit in a certain location on a free/public beach. I like a quiet beach, so personal preference is to get there early and setup farther from the rest of the guests, but with the seating set up and the proximity of the palapas, depending on who you’re next to, it’s no guarantee that is the case and if someone is a smoker or constant loud talker and kids, that means you have to contend with that. There is construction going on, so you can get the end of the beach with less people, but will have to contend with a bit of construction noise. Not too horrible, but something to consider. Food is good, but not cheap by any means, at the hotel or off the grounds so be prepared for that, as well. Aruba is an island of mixed heritage but it’s mostly Latin music and Hip Hop that’s played. At the hotel it’s 99% Latin. Would be nice to hear some Reggae, or other Caribbean vibes throughout the stay, as well. Saturday and Sunday was a marathon. When attempting to reserve a palapa on the beach even closer in the free range, was told due to the marathon all booked. Why would that be the case when the participants were not booked at the hotel and not utilizing the empty seats. The same locations stayed vacant or unoccupied for both days or other guests were able to book. The entire beach reservation setup is just not cool at all.

    Amazing relaxing holiday in Aruba

Our trip to Aruba was amazing, our first time there and would highly recommend. The Hilton hotel was in a great location, on a soft sandy beach with warm calm turquoise waters. Watching the sunset was an awesome experience every time. There’s plenty of souvenir shops and restaurants nearby, we stayed for 7 nights and had dinner out 3 nights, food was great each night. There’s also a few open air bars which have a good vibe. We went out shopping one day at Renaissance Mall, a 15min drive away. Locals are friendly and speak good English, it’s a safe island in general. We got a Palm Beach Club room which was worth the extra money with a sea view balcony. The room was huge with two queen beds and plenty of wardrobe storage. We had breakfast in the palm beach club dining room, which is a small room on the same floor as all the palm beach club rooms. Matilda, Afroze, Irma and Mercedes really looked after us the whole trip. Matilda even got me a birthday gift which was a lovely and thoughtful surprise. Food was amazing full of flavour, it’s served as a semi-buffet with high quality fresh ingredients. It’s not your typical buffet mass produced so there aren’t lots of options but we always found something we could eat. Included in the room package is breakfast, afternoon tea (the open sandwiches tasted amazing) and a free evening bar with small bites to eat. Every morning we’d have a fresh omelette made to our liking, fresh pancakes, and fresh fruit smoothie. We also had the ingredients to make a fresh salmon bagel which tasted amazing. We tried breakfast in the hotels main buffet area once and never went back as the friendly service, convenient location, and peace and quiet in the palm beach club dining room could not be beaten. It was beginning of peak season so there was never a rush, plus with it being exclusive to palm beach club rooms there is a limited number of people there. The evening bar included is essentially bottles of alcohol and mixers to make your own drinks. They even had grey goose vodka! We used to pour the alcohol and take it back to our room so we could relax. There was construction going on but we were never disturbed by it. The hotel grounds have large and small lizards living there openly but they are totally harmless. There’s also a bird area, casino, water sports on the beach, and the bar plays music at night. We did the tube ride on the beach one day which was fun. All in all I would go back to Aruba and stay at the Hilton. I walked up the entire beach and the Hilton definitely had the cleanest beach as there were bits of seaweed further up. The pool was good but we spent most our time on the beach and in the ocean. The spa was very relaxing too I had a full body massage. I came to Aruba to relax and did exactly that with great hotel service.
