First time in NOLA and loving it. Harrahs hotel is quiet, clean, friendly and the perfect location!! I had an issue with the booking on the Caesars Rewards app and Maxon at the front desk took care of everything for us!! Thank You! It’s also great as a first timer to this beautiful city to have such a friendly and knowledgeable concierge to answer our questions and guide us on our 3 days here. We’ll be back for sure!!

We stayed at the Harrahs New Orleans, which is across the street from Caesars and connected by the parking garage. The hotel looks nice at first glance. The service folks at the front desk are remarkably professional, polite at all times. That’s where the good stuff ends. I don’t think the hotel hallways or rooms have been vacuumed in a very long time. Nothing has been cleaned to any kind of average satisfactory state. The elevators are absolutely filthy. I can’t believe the doors will even open and close correctly. On arrival at our room, we noticed the bathroom floor was a little bit wet, so I took a towel and dried the floor, thinking the cleaning folks had mopped and it stayed a bit wet. I left a towel on the floor since I cleaned the floor with it. When I came back to my room, the towel was absolutely soaked. The toilet was leaking. Still the first day, I went and talked to the front desk and let them know my toilet was leaking. It felt like it was loose and they said they would move me the following day to a different room so they could repair their toilet and allegedly gave me a credit to spend at the hotel. It’s a good thing I never had time to spend money at the hotel because of course the credit never showed up and each day I would go to the desk and let them know the toilet was still not working correctly and after about three days, a very kind and polite gentleman came to my room and told me he’d never been told that it needed a repair and he fixed it within five or 10 minutes I don’t know why I had to go three days with a leaky loose rattling toilet. I was with a group and we had a total of five rooms out of those five rooms two of the coffee makers would not work. The folks in the those rooms called and two new coffee makers were brought up. of the two new coffee makers, one would not work. So I’m just thinking there’s absolutely no quality control at this hotel. Every staff person we spoke to and met was professional, kind, and polite and seemed to be really trying to do their job. I think perhaps the hotel is just seriously under staffed and things are getting away from whoever’s in charge. Someone from Caesers hotel services really should go assess the level of service at the hotel.

Fun easy honey moon
Decided to come to Harrah's down in New Orleans for my honeymoon, wife not to thrilled about the idea, but once we arrived, she was very happy with the room and location. Being able to walk everywhere we want to go and having so many options for food is fantastic! I would highly recommend anyone to come down

Bad Customer Service / Tight Slots.
GF had a Charter offer to CNO so we took the offer. The flyer said free play was included. However, when we visited the casino on the first night there was no free play on her account. She went to Players Services and spoke to the representative who said that since she accepted the flight the free play comes off. She told them that the flyer said nothing about losing the free play. She asked to speak to a supervisor and a manager showed up (Michael?). He basically parroted what the representative said but was somewhat condescending and aloof. HE DID STATE that he would look at her account and email her something by the next morning. Well no free play and no email. Again, if you tell a customer you are going to do it—then do it. Slots were tight, didn’t witness any handpays and heard customers grumble about how tight the machines were. I agree with them. If you want a good Caesar’s experience visit Harrah’s Cherokee in North Carolina.
