Massive hotel but easy check in with Adonis on reception who helped with all my queries.

We enjoy total rewards properties and have for years. How ever we are finding that most properties are in need of rejuvenating at some level. Staff issues always seem apparent after Covid rebound. Seems like Total rewards uses this as an ongoing purpose for house keeping, valet, concierge services. Staff have lost their professional skills due to many ongoing issues with ownership at the cost to service towards visitors. Sad affect. But at the end of the day there are some staff members doing their best with what they have. Best of luck.

Do not disturb sign not in room light didn’t work. Hot tub was broken Do not like all the smoke in casino but is what it is. Team was very friendly and helpful. Decent for price

No hot water, no staff available to help with anything’s. They are charging top dollar for bottom shelf product and services. Bathing a 4 year old in cold water was not fun. Will never stay at a Harrah’s property again.

Harrah's lake tahoe trip
Hotel resort restrooms and rooms are neat, unique with the 2 restrooms, and clean. The person checking us in as well as floor staffs and housekeeping were wonderful, but the person checking us out (Jessica) was not friendly at all. I gave my ID for her to help check us out, but did not bother looking at it and still asked me for my name, etc. She did not greet us with a smile, but instead an irritated expression and made me uncomfortable. Everyone else was extraordinary along with the hotel casino resort.
