Great resort definitely recommend
Food, drink and service is excellent!!! This is our 4th time to this resort. Love the rock n roll music!! Rooms have been well stocked not very fancy and no balcony to physically sit on but very clean and had everything we needed!! Had massages on beach and highly recommended! Can walk the beach for a long ways!!

Very nice experience very clean and sweet staff!<3
the hotel is great it’s clean and the staff is very nice aswell, as for the food it really depends on the person. The one thing i disliked though was the fact that they very much cater to the like of americans and non poc people. the food is very bland at times and the music is ALL in english. as a hispanic american traveling from chicago to my home country to the beach you’d expect some genuine mexican culture at these resorts or atleast some good music. i understand the theme of this hotel is ROCK so the rock music is understandable but majority of the music they’d play is terrible. like country music ?? and they would have LIVE country music playing aswell its just terrible. in all please!!! stick to the mexican culture play spanish music people come to mexico for that reason!! to indulge in the culture and enjoy the beauty of this country.

Wedding at Hard Rock, PVR
My husband and I had our wedding at the Hard Rock, Puerto Vallarta. Our trip was unique in that my mother ended up having emergency surgery at a local hospital the morning of our wedding. She had 3 blood clots in her legs. It was an extremely terrifying situation. My mother ended up missing our wedding—but is back in the states resting and recovering (thank goodness). Luz (our wedding coordinator) and Jesus (our personal concierge) did everything they could to make our day run smoothly. Luz was attentive to details and responded to all messages promptly. She also assisted in getting my family of 5 into a larger room. Jesus was available at a moment’s notice and made sure we had everything we needed. He even helped us get a complimentary cabana our last full day there. While the trip will have a lasting memory, Luz and Jesus helped turn a negative into a positive. My husband and I are eternally grateful.
