A week since we came home from HRH and we are still talking about the amazing entertainment team who made our holiday even more special Giggi, Otto, OB, Roberto were all amazing and remembered all our names (a small but massive thing). They involved us in all the games and made us feel part of the HRH family. The hotel is great and the staff work so hard especially during rain storms where they are very adept at cleaning up and making the place safe This would have been a four star review but the staff made it five star Couple of points. Loved that we had the choice of so many different restaurants and we only used the buffet on an evening once. The hotel is split into red and blue buildings and the restaurants split between these. The blue lobby had no where to get a drink besides the heaven bar which was a bit of pain when you have a child as this is adults only The time share…..this is a big downfall as they try to push it on you. Don’t be fooled by the ‘it will only be an hour’ it won’t it will be three hours of hard sell. Luckily I had seen this on here so said a hard no when asked and also heard several stories while there of people falling foul of this. Reception staff are a bit aloof compared to the big smiles of other staff We would deffo go back for the amazing entertainment team Also lots of great stuff going on but some we only knew about from hearing it from the pool teams. They had an amazing haunted house in Vibe city and we wouldn’t have gone to that part of the hotel without them encouraging us to go

We spent 10 nights at Hard Rock Hotel Rivera Maya, with very friendly staff. Our butlers Omar and Paola were always available to help us with all our reservation needs, and their recommendations were very helpful. Rooms are very convenient, having showers and tubs that very convenient, towels were fresh and clean always. House kippers were cleaning rooms twice a day. The value of our vacation was up to our expectations. We are planning to come back.

Toro Restaurant Hard Rock Resort Mayan Riviera
Last night me and my wife visited Toro Restaurant. We no sooner sat down and were greeted by our upbeat server Eliu. He and his assistant Isabel made us feel that we were not only there for a good meal, but we were also there for a good time. He made excellent dinner suggestions; drinks were never empty and surprised us fabulous unneeded desert. Thank You Toro

The resort seems to be providing a little less detail on some of its amenities. Still an amazing stay. We had the butler service with Diego and Naef. They really made our stay special, helping us with reservations and any issues we had. They did an excellent job. Noteworthy details: The transportation should have a step stool to make getting on and off the vans easier for seniors and handicapped guests.

Lovely time and great customer service from Butlers
We had an amazing time with our family. Butlers Vinz and Luis were outstanding. They took care of everything during our stay and helped us with every requests. We can't wait to come back! Thank you guys you are truly Rockstars! Special mention too to Elias from Public relations and Fernando. And I can't forget Maria at El Faro.
