Sound Check for Weddings
LOVED Hard Rock Riviera Maya when my fiance and I went in September for the Sound Check to plan our wedding in December, 2026. The staff was friendly, polite and professional. We met the general manager, John Kirwan, who was extremely welcoming and kind. He shared all of the improvements happening at the property, including all new furniture and decor in every room (more than 1,000 rooms) by the end of October 2026, and ensured me that our wedding events for our 76 guests would be everything I've ever dreamed of. The food was amazing, the drinks were great, the resort was clean and well-maintained. We absolutely loved the vibe and atmosphere, which was upbeat and upscale. We stayed in building 2, which was recently renovated and it was fantastic. The pool party on the Hacienda side was the most fun pool party we've ever been too. The wedding venues are beautiful. The wedding staff, Liz, that gave us a tour of the resort was incredible. She showed us all of the venues and a guest room. She took the time to explain how the spaces would accommodate our guests, offered suggestions for our group, and we ultimately picked venues that are truly amazing for our events. She arranged for us to meet all of our vendors, which after meeting them, gave me the confidence that our wedding will be perfect and make all of my dreams come true. We had an amazing time! at Hard Rock Hacienda Riviera Maya! our Butlers Daniel and Emmanuel did a great Job helping us out in our needs. As an member I can tell my guests that went for the first time had an amazing experience and enjoyed the stay. They made our stay pleasant.
