First Time at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, Mexico!
Went on a family vacation and stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, this was my first time travelling to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and my first time at a Hard Rock Hotel. The property and rooms were beautiful with an awesome ocean view, this property offers all the comfort and amenities you expect from a 5 star hotel, including daily entertainment during the day and night. The thing that stands out at this property was the guest service by its employees, on a scale from 1 to 10, its an 11. Excellent guest service, attention to detail and follow up, every hard rock employee works extremely hard in making sure you are having the best experience and vacation stay at their property. Every employee at this property makes you feel like royalty. I stayed for 5 days and I was assigned a Personal Assistant by the name of "Alan Chiguil", he made me feel like an "A lister", he managed my entire stay like a "PRO", he booked my ATV and Catamaran Tours, my dinners for each day inside and outside the property and the Spa treatment. Alan was very attentive, proactive, always following up on me and making sure that I was enjoying my stay and the tours. Alan Chiguil went above and beyond, he actually went the extra mile on everything. Alan made my vacation stress free and extremely enjoyable. Alan is the very best at what he does and without him, my vacation would have been very different. We communicated via Whats App and in person. For some reason, no matter how hidden I was, he always located me, maybe he had an air tag on me, who knows. On my last day, I had dinner at a restaurant inside the property called "Toro", here is was greeted and served by Marco Ahumada (Captain), Obeth Baltazar (Chef) and Alexis Pelayo (waiter), again they treated me like royalty, they made my last night very special and prepared a hot plate with Rib Eye, New York, Shrimp, Lobster and sides and it was awesome. Now the Bad: 1.- Great Hotel, very bad location. You feel like you are in Valle de Guadalupe until you arrive at the property. 2.- There is no access to the beach due to the heavy currents and winds. 3.- Food and taste at every restaurant needs to improve dramatically, except at Toro. Need to improve on raw materials asap. 4.- Stay away from the bowling alley, you will get injured due to the excessive wax on the floor and poor lighting. I don't care if you are a bowling professional, stay away from this area, you have been warned! 5.- Alcohol in the entire property is generic and do not expect a great tasting drink. 6.- When you walk around the property, do not look or say hello to the Legendary salespeople, they are an army of salespeople that start very casual, but are experts of seduction, they handle objections like a master two decade recruiter, better than Peter Lefkowitz at his rookie retreat ranch, they are just bad closers. These salespeople are like the salespeople at the border crossing from Tijuana to San Diego, If you make eye contact with them, they will go after you like a gang from East LA. Whatever you do, do not look at them, do not say hello and do not start a conversation, look away and run, they are dressed in black pants and gray polo shirts with a huge white letter "L". They sneak up on you and they are well positioned at the property hot spots. In closing: If this property improves the quality of its raw materials (Food and Alcohol) and tones a bit on their Legendary salespeople trying to sell you their membership, this would be an awesome property to vacation. Also, do not eliminate the Personal Assistants, they are the main motors of this property.

Perfect!
This was our first time at Hard Rock Los Cabos. Lauda Flores was truly a blessing. She made sure we had an amazing time. Went out of her way to make this tri special for us and our friends. We are definitely coming back! The resort is beautiful and clean, you will have an amazing time in general but if you get the opportunity to deal with Lauda it will make it 10x better. Thank you so so much.

Great resort, will not be returning.
The resort is beautiful. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to assist you. Our group had food allergies. Chef Moisses- such a wonderful person, made sure we were kept safe throughout our stay. He consulted with us at any time and also alerted each restaurant we visited so the chef and staff looked out for us. Rock royalty is a joke. Our reception vs our family members reception was 100% different and unwelcoming. If you book via your timeshare you get the red carpet rolled out for you. You are treated with wine and champagne, a welcoming committee who will give you information about the facility and activities, they bring you snacks and have the bellman escort you to your room with your luggage. We did not book through a timeshare but opted for rock royalty, all we got was here is your bracelet that acts as the key to your room and your butler will call you at some point to touch base, and we were sent on our way to get our own luggage (I didn’t even get a map). Although we had a great butler Jose Luis, who tried to make up for our reception, the tainting was already done especially when half of your group was treated like royalty and the others like nothing. Thank you Jose for all your help! The Legends presentation took close to 6 hrs. BEWARE of the hidden fees- close to $300.00 usd Water refill at the caffetto- sanitation is an issue as people refill their containers while touching the clean spout to their bottles that their mouth and saliva have already touched. Hot water in the room- we figured it out on the 3rd day- hot is cold and cold is hot and boy is it hot. The hot water will scald you if you are not careful. Natalyie - front desk at check in Sebastian the mojito class was great! Sr Noche the lizard and Felix the bartender - thank you Anita Jose, Victor, Ana, Enrique, Alma and Dancing-Dolores at the market place- thank you Ana, Betty and Paulina at the Rock spa were phenomenal! Miguel at ciao restaurant - thank you Juan de dios, Cristofer, and Rebecca at Impanema provided excellent service. Pako - bellman at leaving made it be a smooth transition Ipanema - Brazillian cut steak - super tough and inedible Market place buffet - Mexican food always hard dry and inedible
