Apr 21, 2025Disappointing experience at a resort that could have been amazing.
Our stay at the Hard Rock Cabo was NOT one of our best vacations and we will not go back. LOCATION- not good First, the resort is on the Pacific side of Cabo which means you CANNOT go in the water and the beach is basically unusable. If you like the beach slip this resort. Second, the location of the resort is also very windy, it’s late April and we had chilly nights and very windy days with a high of 74 most days. Bottom line, the location is not good. FOOD AND FACILITIES - excellent Other than that, the food is very good and the selection of restaurants is excellent. The resort is new and facilities and rooms are very nice and kept up very well. SERVICE - it depends, can be exceptional or very bad. The kids club crew was AMAZING, Jackie, Sonia, Ashley and Zaida were fantastic with our kids and they have so many great activities - our kids wanted to go back every day! The service in the pools and the reception is of a 3-star resort at best. Most employees are angry, unaccommodating and often unapologetic. The check in process takes over 20 minutes per room which makes for a VERY long line at check in. It is overly complicated and unnecessarily long. The check out process was a shame. They tried to charge us for movies that were ordered in the room and actually were never watched. We never ordered these movies and the whole thing was $28. They made the biggest deal out of it instead of just listening to the customer and removing that charge. We had other charges on the room that were legit and we happily paid it. I found it a very bad customer service. We left with a very bad taste. Manny at concierge was beyond incredible. He sent us the daily activities every day and was so accommodating to every request. He is one of the best employees of this resort. Overall, I would choose a different resort next time for our family vacation, one that has a beach we can access, warmer location and much better service.

My family and I had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful resort assisted by Laura Flores. She was very attentive to our needs and made sure we had the best service at the resort. We left our tripod and my baby’s hat at the red pool and she made sure we got it back before we left. All the amenities are amazing and you can tell they took time to take care of all the areas. We stayed at the ocean view junior suite and it’s just the right size for our family of 4. The in room dining and outdoor jacuzzi are definitely a highlight for us. The pools were pristine and restaurants had the best food. My favorites were Zen and Omo! The kids club had a lot of activities for young ones and my child always wanted to go every day. Ps, Don’t forget to try the unlimited gelato at the lobby. We’re still dreaming about it!

Friends for 50 years.
This venue is amazing! Rooms are beautiful along with all the other places inside and outside. The four of us were celebrating our 50th friendship anniversary. Our butlers Feliciona and Armonda where awesome. They made sure we had massage appointments, dinner reservations and the perfect spots by the pool.

Hard rock, ROCKS
Excellent rooms and facilities! The bed is very confortable and the pillows are a dream! I recommend the aroma therapy on your room, gives an extra to your sleep. Also I took advantage of the unleashed program(pet friendly) everyone was very nice to my dog. They give you plates a big bed and some dog presents. I totally recomend it! Food has good quality and restaurants are accesible. I had the pleasure to have Rafael and Dustin as my concierges, they definitely made my trip easier and better.

INCREDIBLE as always!
I was recently in Los Cabos for my wedding. Laura was an incredibly helpful resource. Without Laura‘s assistance and timely responses. The weekend would not have gone as smoothly as it did. I highly recommend staying at the Hard Rock hotel in Los Cabos because of service like we received from Laura. We will be back soon thank you.
