Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

A maximum of two pets are allowed per room. The hotel is not responsible for providing food for pets due to each pet's particular diet/eating habits. The best experience!
My cousin and I had the best time during our stay. The view from our room (Rock Royalty ocean view) was amazing and peaceful. We loved how large the resort was and how many things there were to do at all times of day. We were greeted by the BEST concierge upon arrival named Danny Blood who made us feel so welcomed and attended to our every need and question with the biggest smile on his face. We especially loved the softest aromatherapy pillows and small treats he provided. We loved the events hosted by Roxy and Super Johnny (we played bingo and learned blackjack -super fun) and loved speaking to Vanessa who was at check in. She made us feel like we were friends. We had such pleasant interactions with everyone we came into contact with! On the last day, Jesus and Oscar were our bellmen and we were laughing even on our way out. We came in happy and left even happier. We are so glad we chose Hard Rock Los Cabos and we can’t wait to come back soon!

We are just leaving Hard Rock resort in Cabo. It’s a beautiful property! We were in the octave building with a Deluxe Gold King room with an interior view. Very nice room. We were on the bottom floor and over looked the courtyard. The outside patio was so nice. Two loungers, a couch, table and bath/hot tub. It was nice to sit outside even if I couldn’t see the ocean. Pool- We reserved a cabana for two days. The first day we were at the Echo pool. So very nice. We had drinks and food by the pool and walked down into the beach. Poolside food was pretty good. The pizza was eh. Guacamole was great! Service was awesome. The second day we were at the adult only Lyric pool. We had a spectacular view of the beach. It was amazing. Loved this pool! Both pools had a very comfortable temperature for swimming and the swim up bars were nice. Food was same selection at both pool areas. I had the club sandwich and French fries. They were good. I discovered the frozen drink, Mudslide and had a few of those! A very easy walk to the beach from this pool. We took our towels onto the beach and watched the sunset. (No chair set up on the beach but it’s nice and big!) the pool towels were big and nice Food- we ate at The Market for breakfast, it was good-nice selection of all foods We had dinner at Zen, Toro and the Brazilian steak house. We had read the Mexican restaurant was not good so we skipped that one. We also planned to go the the Italian but at the pool we talked to two separate groups who said the Italian food was not good. In fact one person was actually sick after eating there so we skipped it and had room service our last night Zen was great! We loved it Toro - I had the filet. It was really good. My husband had the rib eye, it was awful- so stringy he couldn’t eat it Ipnema Brazilian steak house was good. We had the empanadas, salad, soup all really good I ordered the mahi mahi, not good at all! So bad! My husband had the picanah it was fabulous. We visited the spa. We had the aromatherapy massage. So nice! The spa is beautiful! We did an ATV excursion. So fun! We caught the end of the Elvis act and part of The Divas. Both were not great. We are pretty sure “Elvis” didn’t know the words to one of the songs The Divas were okay. We left after 3rd song Time share! Ughhh! So pushy! BEWARE!!! At check in they will put you with a time share pusher! We had no idea, he was introduced as the person who will explain the hotel. We spent an hour going through all we wanted to do and at the end he was like okay we will give you the sunset sail for free if you go on a tour. I was clear- no thank you. He did not stop. He was offering everything for free- the cabanas, the sunset tour, the ATV. No no no! We had only three days and I was not spending an entire morning on a tour! He finally understood and left, assuring us he would still book our activities The next morning we stopped at the vacation planner desk- nothing had been reserved through him from the day before! So we spent another 20 minutes planning and reserving. Only other real complaint is the cleaning of the room. Not sure it was ever really cleaned. Sheets weren’t changed (I left socks in them and they were still there at the end of the trip). Had to ask for clean glasses and hand towels. Besides that, the staff was the best of any place I have ever stayed. Everyone was soooo nice and friendly. I can’t say enough good things about them (except the time share guy) all from the pool, to transportation, to waiters…everyone! So nice!
Honest Review of Hard Rock Cabo - Our Vacation

We arrived at Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos excited and tired from a very long day of travel. Immediately, we were welcomed by Edgar Lopez (from ‘resort services’). He greeted us with special welcome drinks, a special picture moment with a customized frame and just a charming personality. Normally, I would have been annoyed with someone trying to upsell us the moment we checked into the resort. However, Edgar was so pleasant and welcoming! The room we were given “garden view” was horrible and faced a large dirt filled construction site with machinery. This was not the relaxing, tropical view I had hoped for when booking the trip. After talking w/the front desk we were not offered any change of room or apologies for the misleading ‘garden’ room title. Instead, they asked us to pay another $1000 night for a room upgrade (on top of a pricey room fee we already were charged). We talked with Edgar and he assured us he would look into it. Long story short, we ended up buying into the Legendary Club. We were immediately moved to a beautiful ocean view room that met all our expectations! (Thank you also to Ricardo!) Edgar was amazing throughout our trip. He offered us special packages on excursions, gave us wonderful recommendations, helped to answer and assist for any questions (big and small -ie: Ipanema Birria breakfast!). And he was always so responsive (knowing he must have so many other guests that he is working with at the same time). He helped us get a special package for a sunset cruise to the arches in Cabo (“El Arco”). This was especially meaningful to our family as we were all together after a challenging few years. Edgar just has a way about him that made us feel so special and cared for throughout our trip. Hard Rock is lucky to have him!! As part of the Legendary package, we also had two wonderful butlers: Josue Raul and Oscar Lopez. Both of these men were terrific! They helped us with anything we needed from hotel transportation, rental cars, taxis, reservations, excursions, booking fabulous cabana days… Raul and Oscar helped to make our trip less stressful and allowed us to focus on quality time in Cabo with our family vs. worrying about logistics. I wish we could have brought them home with us! Even the Legendary Director, Ricardo, was so personable and friendly – made us feel like part of the family!
First Visit to Los Cabos
What a great experience! Fabulous resort! We were so impressed with how friendly and welcoming everyone was from the second we landed to when we left. The views were amazing. Seeing whales throughout the day from our pool chairs to our room! The staff was fantastic! Manny our pool concierge was friendly and helpful. Anibal did an excellent job serving us drinks and food at the pool. Gil at the gym was fabulous and fun! Heidi at the spa was great! Mirna at the Zen was so welcoming and efficient. Erika our Legendary concierge made our entire week so comfortable and enjoyable. Thank You!!!
Excellent service from Salvador
Salvador was excellent with everything. He helped us plan excursions, made sure everyone understood their pick up time and place, and made sure that everyone had everything that they needed. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a grest time. Its nice to see people love their job and do whatever it takes to provide the best customer service. He is definitely an asset to the business.
