    Food has been excellent. Service has been amazing. I rate it 5 of 5. Fernando was an amazing server at El Toro.

    Great service and delicious food at all restaurants. Hotel is at a great location.. service throughout the hotel has been amazing. Rooms could use renovation. Entertainment has been wonderful and very enjoyable. All areas throughout the hotel have been very clean.

    Hard Rock Paradise

    everything was great from the moment I arrived until my exit, the spa was absolutely magnificent, The food in each dining area was delish. the entertainment was flawless especially Studio 54 and the Michael Jackson review. the Reggae band was awesome. In spite of the rain it was an excellent vacation,

    Had a higher expectation from Hard Rock Hotel

    Overall experience was okay, there are many other all inclusive hotels that are better than the Hard Rock in Cancun. They are priced less and more value for your money. Other places I stayed at included more restaurants and activities standard. The rooms were larger and not oddly positioned with a gigantic tub in the middle of the room. We spent the least amount of time in the rooms because there was no aww inspiring views from the balcony nor was the room with any pleasantries for me to stay in. We just used it for sleep and showers basically.

    Nice hotel but could be better

    Just got back from hard rock after staying for a week for our honeymoon at the end of May 2023. It’s a Lovely hotel but sadly toro steakhouse was closed for renovations and we were looking forward to the steaks the most. The Italian and Asian restaurants were lovely. I had the best salmon in the seafood and Asian restaurants. A downsides is that some of the bar and waiter staff are not welcoming and appear as though they don’t want to be there. The rooms had a nice view of the sea and were clean. The in room jacuzzis are a nice touch. As soon as you go on the beach you are hounded by everyone constantly trying to sell things, especially drugs. I did not mind tipping some staff as they go Above and beyond but everyone does expect tips constantly. Pools are beautiful and clean.

    Beautiful view from my balcony.

    It was a nice experience the people there were very nice to us the foood was great everything was clean the hotel needs a lot of work paint i hurd they are renovating at the end of the year i would recommend you to go when they done renovating for full experience;)
