I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the exceptionally friendly staff. From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome, and throughout my stay the team was always ready to help. They were not only professional, but also genuinely interested and attentive, which made a real difference. In addition, the breakfast was an absolute highlight every morning. There was a wide selection of fresh and delicious options, from crispy bread and fresh fruit to hot dishes. Everything was well stocked and neatly presented. It was the perfect way to start the day. What makes this hotel even more special is its fantastic central location. It’s the ideal base for exploring everything London has to offer, with major attractions, shops, and public transport all within easy reach. In short, this is a hotel where hospitality, comfort, and location come together perfectly. I would definitely stay here again!

Welcoming, comfortable and good location.
Nice hotel, good restaurant and really great staff. Fatima especially made me feel welcomed. As a solo traveller on a business trip this was appreciated. I will definitely be booking here on my next business trip. Location is good and room was comfortable.

Great hotel, would recommend.
We have stayed in H10 hotels in Barcelona & Lanzarote, First time in H10 London & it didn’t disappoint. Stayed 3 night b&b. Lovely hotel, very clean. Shower was powerful & towels were large,soft & fluffy. . The staff are very efficient & friendly. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.

Amazing hotel, a cut above the rest
Beautiful hotel renovated to a very high standard. The team here are professional, highly organised and very polite and truly focused on customer service, making our stay here very relaxed. The room was excellent as was the breakfast. Can’t fault this hotel and will stay here again.

Fantastic hotel
We stayed here for 2 nights. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient we were checked in quickly. Our room was on the 8 floor very smart with a nice view of London. The shower was lovely. There was plenty of tea and coffee products for you to make in your room also a mini bar. This is a superb hotel close to 2 underground stations so easy to get around London well worth a stay here we will definitely be coming back it’s that nice
