Perfect Place to Stay
Great hotel - and location - our go to place when visiting London. Direct bus from Victoria (C10) stops right outside. Stylish and comfortable reception area - and a sky bar with fabulous views across the city - especially stunning at night! Always a great welcome from the reception staff - and a special mention for Violetta who has always gone the extra mile to help us! Thank you so much and we will be back. ☺️

Lovely hotel with great staff and very comfortable.
A lovely hotel . Easy check in , very efficient and friendly. The bedroom was very comfortable with all the necessary things for a great stay. There was tea and coffee making facilities, the was an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer . We had breakfast included in our room rate and it was one of the best buffet meals we have had at a hotel the plates of hot food was small but continually refreshed with fresh eggs bacon sausage etc etc. the hotel is a very easy 8 minute walk from Waterloo Station. We had a marvellous stay would heartily recommend the H10 and we will definitely be staying again in the future.

Outstanding!
What an outstanding hotel! Our rooms were nearly renovated & spacious. Excellent welcome & service & what a spectacular view from the rooftop bar!

Disappointing stay
We booked this hotel because of our excellent experience at a H10 hotel in Barcelona. We arrived just before noon as our travel arrangements from Southampton were fixed. My husband gave his loyalty card to the receptionist but she still had to ask whose name the booking was in 4 times. As expected, we were told we could not check in until 3pm, but she told us they could look after our luggage and we could wait in the roof terrace bar. We gave our 4 items of luggage to the doorman who only gave us 3 receipt tags. My husband said he would like 4 tags as there were 4 bags and the doorman almost got into an argument about it. We went up to the roof terrace bar only to find it locked. We came back to reception and the receptionist said it only opened at 12pm but had forgotten to tell us. So we were left with a very bad initial impression. When the roof terrace bar opened we went up for a drink. The barman called AJ, (the only pleasant member of staff we had encountered at that point), said we should have been given a complimentary drink voucher by reception. He dealt with the situation which was extremely kind of him. When we finally got into our room the air con was set at 24C. My husband tried to reduce it to a more sensible 20C but couldn't. He went to reception who sent an engineer. The engineer explained a new A/C system had been installed progressively across all floors. For some reason our room was being controlled centrally. Long story short, after 4 visits the engineers finally found the setting to give us control within the room. My husband tried to set the safe, but that didn't work. Another trip to reception and visit by the engineer who said the batteries were dead and replaced them. That didn't work so he replaced the entire safe. At this point we were quite disappointed as these were issues that should have been found and resolved during room prep. Breakfast was very nice, served in a bright airy room and provided plenty of choice. When we returned to the room on our second day our used towels had not been replaced. My husband told reception and fresh towels were delivered to us. They brought plenty of hand and bath towels but no shower mat. There were however 2 face cloths which was nice as there had initially been none. Overall, the room was small and nothing special. The bathroom was tiny with a shower that was very difficult to control the temperature of. Our experience did not match up with our previous experience of a H10 hotel. Finally, all this was explained to reception who clearly were not interested.
