Two Week Stay-Would Stay Again
We enjoyed a two week stay in September 2024. We booked a basic room which was a bit small, but did the trick (we preferred to spend our money on amazing experiences and meals rather than on where we slept). Here are some pros and cons: Pros: Rooftop bar-amazing drinks and views; Employees were always helpful; clean and modern look; Hot and strong shower (although the tub is a bit hard to get into); floor to ceiling windows made the room feel bigger; great access to buses; nice breakfast buffet Cons: No ice machine in the hotel. You have to get it from the bar; there is an ambulance depot nearby so you hear a lot of very loud sirens; bed and pillows were just ok (quite hard bed and pillows are not fluffy); not too many good cafe/restaurant nearby (to be fair we did not try the hotel restaurant). All in all, we would absolutely stay here again. Cheers!

Contemporary hotel with a roof top bar & spectacular views over London.
Contemporary hotel with super selection of food in the restaurant. Room was basic for the price. Roof top bar with fabulous views over London. Close by are multiple tube stations & a short 15 minute walk to the Shard & Borough Market. Great service.

Great hotel
Recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Great location, friendly & helpful staff, clean, well equipped rooms. Good breakfast selection. Sky Bar is great for view of the London Eye. Would definitely reccomend hotel and return when next visiting London.

Outstanding hotel
This hotel was perfect for our group of 14. We were in London for 2 days before a cruise out of Southampton. The rooms were very nice with bathrobes and slippers. We had an issue with our safe, and was at our room the wad at room within 5 minutes and addessed the issue. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of items of hot and cold with a specialty coffee machine. The staff was excellent and happy to help in anyway they could. The location was perfect for touring London, with the waterloo station being a short walk. The roof top bar had an excellent view of London, especially at night. The elevators were small but quick and you didn't have to wait long.

Highly recommend
We stayed here for 1 night. Booked with Buy a gift and upgraded our package. This hotel was so comfortable! Very spacious rooms. The customer service was excellent. Everyone extremely friendly. The bed was really comfortable. Google TV, so we were able to sign into our Google account and download apps to what we wanted to watch, (which we did after a long day in London). We went to see Harry potter and the cursed child, which is so easy to get to from this hotel. Waterloo train station was about a 7min walk. The breakfast was incredible. So much choice for everyone! Even things you wouldn't expect to see at breakfast. We went to the roof top bar and the view was amazing! The Barman was so friendly. Highly recommend.
