Still waiting...
After 6 hours and requesting bath towels and face cloths from 3 different staff, still no towels. We'd been traveling for two days, hot and sweaty, and needed showers. The room had two towels and two hand towels. They said they'd bring them right up. Still at 930 pm, no towels. One staff spent all day training new employee. Customer service lacking here. Four stars? No. Three is as high as we go. Very frustrated with staff's lack of attention to detail. Not from England, here on our honeymoon. Asked for advice on restaurants in the area, and not the best area either! Hotel staff said there were plenty of restaurants down the street. He asked nothing further, and we walked blocks and found a Hampton Inn. We are world travelers, and won't ever stay here again.

they charged for TAP water, offered to refund and WON’T !!
hotel was nice ; BUT they charged £12 for provided table water with dinner, upon checking after - this was incorrect and they have NO charge on table water. Have requested money to be refunded, at the front desk, via 3 emails, by phoning the hotel and via 2 more emails, NO REPLIES, extremely disappointed.

Highly recommend . Great central hotel
Fantastic hotel for a few nights in central London . Check in fast and efficient with a much needed welcome drink in the heat . Rooms were spotless and had everything you needed toiletries, water, air con etc Breakfast was first class , attentive service and great selection. Everything fresh and well presented . Drinking the sky bar were are delight and once again great staff serving Would highly recommend this hotel for a London stay , close to Waterloo station and within 20-30 min walk of alot of attractions .

Never fails to impress
Another great stay, thankyou, in this really lovely hotel. My room was extremely comfortable with everything you would need; especially good air-conditioning during our hot weather. Staff are welcoming, helpful & really caring. A special mention for a gentleman on Reception (Mahmood?) who went out of his way to be helpful. Breakfast, once again, was really good with plenty of choice. Sky bar is amazing! I hope to be back soon.

Still Liking It
2nd time here with a 3rd planned in a couple of weeks. We like the location with a 10 minutes walk from Waterloo Station (leave exit 2 and turn right along Waterloo Road). The hotel itself is modern with OK size rooms all with lots of light, mini bar (chargeable), safe and ironing board. The TV enables you to cast programmes from your mobile device. You are going to get some noise during the night due to location, including sirens from time to time. Unfortunately this time we got morning noise from internal fire alarms that were never explained. Love the views from the rooftop bar and the drinks voucher for H10 members. Looking forward to next time.
