TERRIBLE RESORT ALL INCLUSIVE
Grand Park Royal Cozumel Cozumel TERRIBLE ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE! I traveled with my husband we felt terrible with this terrible food 928165055 We went to this “all inclusive resort” and our experience was terrible. The food from this place is completely terrible. Very bad quality and not tasty, it’s like they bought the cheapest food in Mexico and cook for the guests.
We have been going forever to Cozumel ans park Royal. Every time we go the same to have the same usual problems. The air-conditioning does not work. The toilet does not work properly so in general maintenance in the rooms is not great and this time the food was really bad as well. It was never hot and sometimes I did not even know what was being served at breakfast or at lunch . I feel like I’m going to recycle food make it into something else but it’s not a good look! However, the staff is amazing very kind and helpful. I know the Hotel is trying very hard, but needs to get hard with other hotels! And I feel that people who speak Spanish have an advantage of people speaking English, which is not fair! Other than that, we made the best of it in general it was a good vacation!

I have being staying at this hotel for 5 years in a row. The Funtastic team is great! Albi, Juan, Cristina, all really friendly. They made me feel like home. The lifeguard (Raul) is super professional and great with people! You would always feel safe. Food is good based on what you pay. Music in the pool area can be improved. I will definitely stay there again.
Worst honeymoon experience. No A/C for three days.
We stayed here for our honeymoon in November 2023. Upon arrival with the hotel knowing we were there for our honeymoon. They did nothing. Not even a “ congrats”. No welcome honeymooners. Legit nothing. We had no A/C in our room for three days. Our room has three ceiling leaks in it that weren’t taken care of , and they wouldn’t let us switch rooms. It was also my 30th birthday and nothing was done. We sat through a 3 hour presentation to become “ a member” but since we didn’t have $25,000 we said no and then got treated like absolute crap. Absolutely unacceptable and I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially if You’re celebrating big milestones in your life!
Communication and food were poor. Hotel lost air conditioning for two days and room was unbearable. Cleanliness needed to be improved around pool areas during the day. Alfredo, Andrea and Carlta made the trip enjoyable.
