Resort very nice, Roms more than bad
It wos our 4th time to stay with you in Punta cana and also the last time. As the vacation is more than expensive and also as an european you have to save money to pay for it. As we have to pay expensive price for flight its also not usual to do such a vacation. And therfore not what i want to get. The Roms and Service are more than bad. BR

Okay for a first time at a resort
It's definitely not the best, but its also not the worst. Make sure to download the app to create dinner reservations at least 2 or 3 days before. Use the safe, the cleaning staff will move and go through your stuff. I had money stolen that was deeply hidden in my backpack. The shower has a clear wall to the bedroom, so if you're with family or friends, bring a curtain. Me and my friends asked for an extra bedsheet and used that to cover and it worked pretty well. The beach and pool areas are really nice, and we went at a time where there weren't too many people (Jan 16-21). Kareoke nights were fun. Drinks were also great.

Decent stay
Not a bad first experience being at a resort. Showed me a lot of dos and don't which I'm not mad at learning. I would rate this at a 7/10 overall. The main thing is that it was extremely hard to get reservations for various restaurants, and our group didn't know that we had to reserve places until after we arrived. And when we did, most places were fully booked. That was probably the worst part of this trip.

Nice Time
Grounds perfectly maintained, but rooms need updating. Fridge in room did not work. Drinks not very good or consistently made. Beach is beautiful. Staff is very friendly. Most likely will not return back to this resort.
