    Property is good but service is below bar

    Our family's long-awaited vacation was marred by a frustrating experience at this all-inclusive resort. After a grueling 10-hour journey, we were disheartened to wait over two hours for our room to be ready. The in-room bar was poorly stocked, offering a limited selection of beverages. Unfortunately, replenishing these supplies proved to be a time-consuming ordeal, often requiring multiple follow-ups. While the food at the Japanese and Seafood restaurants was commendable, other dining options were less impressive.The pool and beach areas, however, provided a serene escape and a welcome respite from the hotel's shortcomings.

    MILES AND BILLY AT THE INFINITY BAR,YA MON!!!!!

    INFINITY BAR !!!!!STEPHEN, BILLY AND ADELLE AND THE LIST GOES ON .GREAT TIMES MON...we definitely had a good time at this bar our drinks where excellent and the service was good and very fast thank you infinity team for letting us have a memorable time at Grand Palladium!!!!!

    Stephen miles at the infinity bar best bar tender ever. Fast and reliable. Ask for miles away. Great custom drink and super respectful. He made this trip worth it. The food wasn’t great but miles sure was. Great experience and very fun overall

    Stephen miles at the infinity bar is great! amazing bartender and very attentive! Ask for the Miles away drink. It’s the best there is. He made this trip great and so much fun. Great experience and very nice person. Everyone go get drinks from Stephen.

    My opinion

    Stephen miles is the by far the best bartender at the resort. The food is not the best at all but the bartenders and staff are very friendly and willing to accommodate whenever possible. Once again Stephen Miles and Mario are the best at the resort.
