I had the best time at Grand Palladium! From the beautiful grounds to the incredible hospitality, the staff really made our stay special. Everyone was so kind, welcoming and genuinely attentive. Special shout-out to Shamar, Jeffrey and Roy at the bar. Also, a big mention to the grounds team, particularly Richard whose warmth really stood out. Mimi’s cooking class was also fab. Such a lovely experience! I would definitely recommend Grand Palladium, not just for the beautiful resort, food and atmosphere, but especially for the people who make it what it is.

From check-in to checkout We were not pleased. After 14 hours at the airport to finally arrive at the Grand Palladium (My all time favorite), Kimore checked us in. She was rude and unprofessional. There was a problem with the reservation, the information was never transferred to the front desk even though it was sent in June and September. Kimore was dismissive and ordered my adult daughter to sit down twice while trying to get the situation rectified. Another employee came over and was very helpful and eventually the issue was resolved. I believe her name was Shaniqua. The 18 dollar room service fee was insane. Most of the staff pandering for tips was off putting. Do they make a livable wage? This resort was my favorite. We were excited to bring our adult children and their spouses. After sharing our experience with them they were equally excited only to be met with disdain from Kimore. Very disappointed. In our room both sliding doors did not work properly and the thermostat was broken. Not good.

Amazing
Just got back from a two week holiday, and what amazing time we had, all staff were very friendly and helpful. All members of staff said hello as they walked by even the painters Our room was cleaned every day and fridge stocked with drinks . There was 10 of us in total and they were able to accommodate us at all restaurants and it was never a problem for them, there was always plenty of food and enough choice even for fussy eaters. There was plenty of sun bed’s available no matter what time u went down to the pool or beaches, sunset cove is stunning. The pool bar was were we liked to spend our days as the weather was very hot and Jamal and his team were amazing and so fun and all a credit to your hotel . Overall we had an amazing two weeks in a beautiful place and we will definitely be returning x one love 🇯🇲
