My family has been staying here since 1997. With good reasons: amazing personal service that is increasingly scarce today. Being welcomed by name with a hug and shown to our room by the concierge, made us again realize the sense of pride and ownership that is part of the entire Grand Hotel Parkers experience. The rooms combine a sense of style and comfort with eye popping views of the Bay of Naples and Capri. Our lunch was simply exceptional and beyond expectation. Delicious. The entire team from concierge to those helping with our luggage provides service with a smile and sincerity. Another five star L visit!!!!

Beautiful, refined hotel in Naples.
I stayed at the Grand Hotel Parker's in a suite with my two kids (9 and 11). The hotel room was lovely and felt fresh and clean. Breakfast is on a terrace overlooking the city and the water. Breakfast was included in our room rate and started with a tower (pastries, yogurt, mini pizza, mozzarella) that was brought to the table and then we were able to order a la carte. I loved it and and really appreciated the gluten free options. My kids would have preferred a buffet but were still able to find great options that made them happy. The concierge and front desk staff were very helpful and had great restaurant recommendations. We walked a lot in Naples but the hotel is up a hill and going most places involved steep staircases and windy roads which might not suit everyone.

A very grand affair
We enjoyed an amazing few days in Naples at this very grand hotel. Such a beautiful building, with sumptuous interiors. Our room overlooked the sea and of course Mount Vesuvius which was stunning. Incredible staff, efficient, but friendly and approachable. Quality of food:- delicious!

Fabulous pleasure to stay geovani so welcoming staff could not do enough for you feels like your at home would highly recommend this hotel breakfast to die for view stunning don't want to leave lattes so yummy can't wait to come back location so amazing you must stay here if in naples thank you for 6 star stay Fabulous xxxx
