Direct quote from the front desk “the 4 pm check in time means maybe you check in by 4:30- 5 pm. Extremely unhelpful and dishonest.

Would not recommend. While the room was what it was shown multiple issues came up while we were here at the hotel. Housekeeping - call for a pillow never got one so gave up. Didn't have our room cleaned for two days and decided to have them clean it. Came back with just our old towels refolded and put away and just our bed made, not the other and nothing else done. Complained and finally got some cleaning the following days. They don't clean up the floors so I guess with sand on the floors we should have packed our own broom. They do the minimal each day. Restaurant. Went for breakfast didn't get drinks until basically done eating. My husband egss benedict had salmon in stead of bacon. Hello fish allergy. We had them take it back and all they did was "scoop" the salmon off. He still found bits of it on his sandwhich. What if we had a seafood allergy? This was unaccetable remake the actual meal you order especially for the price of the place which is insane. Dinner no one is there and we werent even sure it was open until we asked the front desk. You want quiet you will get it at the restaurant and also an empty wallet. The menu needs a revamp not alot of options. Little store- Iced coffee $9 but get a frappacino which is basically the same just blended and its $15. Just walk to starbucks its about 5 min walk. Breakfast sandwhiches cold not heated up. Plan on going to the publix, starbucks, recommend flaniagans. We could have a full meal plus drinks for three people under $100. In the restaurant with just water and three meals its $150. Way over priced for what you get. Room service is fine but the same menu food so again not worth it. The diavolo pizza sounds fancy but its a lame pepperoni pizza. The pizzas lack flavoring. Seems like they need a new chef. Front desk however friendly, valet friendly even got my sunglasses out of my car that I left in there. Beach workers for chairs friendly. For how much the stay is I dont recommend it being worth it unless you are not eating at the restaurant, having your room cleaned. Views a gorgeous. Pool is small and packed with kids and lacks a vacation vibe. Roof bar had a great waistress but again two drinks $54 bucks! We only stayed this area cause it was close to holover but next time South Beach Miami is where we will go.

Amazing stay!
My family and I have been staying at this hotel for years. Brings back so many memories. Extremely family friendly and the staff is wonderful! Love this place 💕

Underwhelming experience. Huge disappointment.
Slowest service ever! The reception desk staff was unhelpful and arrogant. The lobby was spacious but seating inadequate. The reserved presidential suite waiting area, that holds more seats than the rest of the lobby combined, was sitting empty while people were standing crowded against walls and pillars. The rooms (connected suites) were dated with cheap, basic toiletries, and instead of the ocean view advertised and payed for, we got a view of palm trees with some blue in between. Cleaning was subpar, with hairs left from previous guests. This place, staff, and service is all style and no substance.
