Hidden Gem in SurfSide, Miami
The Grand Beach Hotel at SurfSide is an amazing property with great ocean views, amazing service, full bar and a great restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for couples, family or business.

I would rather not say at this point, but I must say that the hostess the best reason to come to the grand beach hotel in Surfside just to meet Rosa Rosa JIROIN was the first person who greeted me when I came to check out the hotel. She was kind she is wonderful. She is welcoming. She is in my opinion the mother of the grand Beach Hotel she took me to see four suites. She was knowledgeable. She was gracious. She is the top employee of this hotel in my opinion she has years of experience in the hospitality field and it shows Rosa is so kind. Rosa is so efficient. Rosa makes you want to live here for the rest of your life. If it weren’t for Rosa, I would not have stayed in this hotel. She has become someone that I admire someone who has high ethics high standards and represents this hotel to the fullest if it weren’t for Rosa, this would be a mere average Hotel. It is Rose‘s presence. She should be out and not in back of the counter, checking people in, but she should be in the front carrying beautiful roses and champagne and giving them out to the guest as they arrive because Rosa has a warrant about her that is unbelievable and I have a cooperation and I am a CEO and when I find the right position I may just hire Rosa Wright from the grand Beach Hotel. She is someone to be respected. She is in my opinion the ambassador of the grand Beach Hotel and Surfside so stop by and meet Rosa. She is lovely. She is friendly. She is warm and she is a true professional

A great hotel that keeps improving.
We love it here . Staff are very friendly and very helpful . Rooms are spacious and great views of the sea Location perfect. Beach beds v comfy . Needs side tables though ! Roof top pool with spectacular views is perfect on a windy day. One of the best value hotels in USA and we can’t wait to come back next year.
