Beautiful resort in Surfside! Second trip to this resort. Beautiful rooms, beautiful beach and close to everything. We take a trip annually for a long weekend. This year was in September and a perfect time to visit. Employees are friendly and accommodating.

Amazing time
From start to finish our trip was amazing! We came during hurricane helene and felt at ease the whole trip. The room was amazing, clean and comfortable. The atmosphere of this hotel is perfect. By far the best part was the main bar Carlos was amazing and made the perfect drinks. It felt like we were talking to an old friend and made our time here the best. Absolutely recommend the hotel it is perfect.

Amazing, relaxing and memorable time at the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside!
I decided to spend my birthday in at the Grand Beach Hotel Surfside, this turned out to be the most memorable experience. From the moment of arrival we were greeted as if we were family members coming home for a visit! My door was opened for me, my bags were taken, my husband & i were given our glasses of champagne to start our celebration! Every staff member i met was telling me happy birthday! Wow! I felt so special!!!! The hotel was extremely clean! Staff was very pleasant! My room was spotless and smelt so clean! I had personal concierge checking on my needs periodically. The ambiance was amazing! Just the relaxation i needed! The beach and pools were clean! There was someone to help everywhere and they were always willing to help and offer assistance! This is very rare these days! Etty at the hotel restaurant was so welcoming, she took care of us, her service was impeccable! We had lunch there on Sunday and had to return on Monday and only wanted to be served by Etty! Food was great! You could tell Etty was happy to be at work and made me feel like the only one in the restaurant. My entire experience was AMAZING!!!! I will definitely be back for my next special occasion!

Great stay, nice staff and hotel
Very nice hotel with a good location. All of the staff were very nice and helpful, the room was very nice and updated. The pool was relaxing and they provided towels and chairs. There is also an adults only pool on the top floor. Ruben at the front desk made it extra special, I would definitely return.

Carlos the bartender is amazing
This review is specifically about Carlos, the wonderful bartender. Carlos prepared the most delicious and perfect Old Fashioned that I've ever had and his technique was immaculate. Carlos also pepared a really cool Shirley Temple for my wife. Thanks Carlos!
