Absolutely brilliant place, definitely be back
We didn’t stop here but visited the Casino twice. It is much more relaxed than the Strip Casinos if you are not an experienced casino player. Staff were great, they will help you on understanding the tables and drinks come frequently, unlike the Strip where in 4 days I didn’t get a drink (without paying nearly $20) or even offered one in any of the big Casinos even though playing the tables

Loved the Rush Lounge and Rush Tower!
I had the best time ever at Golden Nugget Rush lounge. The waitress was great and the bands were INCREDIBLE!!! Can’t say enough about how this lounge made my entire trip!! PS the rooms in Rush towers were excellent. Roomy and attractive and really really well put together. Loved them!!!

Excellent Customer Service
On our recent visit to Las Vegas, my cousin and I were amazed at the wonderful customer service we received. The cocktail servers, the restaurant servers, the cashiers, and especially Charles in Casino Credit. It was like the service I received back in the days where the customer is actually valued. It made every gaming experience enjoyable. I have to compliment your training department because it is more than coincidence that every employee is friendly, attentive and considerate. The one area that could be improved is the key for the elevator and room. We had to replace keys a few times.

A "Golden" opportunity
Our stay was short and sweet. We had a great experience checking in and staying longer as we needed to. They were very accommodating for our visit. We had a great time with all that was offered, including the Cadillac which was a great time and good food!

Very loud music and barely warm water!
After checking in, we found out there would be a concert in the open air event center next door to the Carson Tower starting at 6:30 pm ending at 12:00 am. A sound check started around 4:00. We asked to change rooms and we were relocated twice on the same side of the hotel with the same noise level. The third time we were offered a room in the Rush Tower for an additional charge, which we declined. The front desk manager finally admitted the hotel knew about the concert in advance and did not notify guests when checking in. There was also a problem with barely warm water. Housekeeping was notified and we were told to run the water for 15 minutes and it might get hot. It did not.
