  Unhelpful Staff, no support, and noisy rooms

  My experience with this hotel was extremely negative. The front desk staff seemed more focused on extracting money from guests than on providing genuine customer service. I did not see any willingness to resolve issues or handle situations that required a human approach. On two occasions when a manager’s involvement was urgently needed, no management staff were available despite both situations occurring during peak check-in time between 4 and 5 p.m. Emails to the manager went unanswered, including a follow-up message. Additionally, if you are “lucky” to get a room facing Fremont Street, prepare for a sleepless night due to loud music that continues well past midnight.

  Perfect for the 21 and over crowd who like it loud and kinda freaky.

  The Four Queens is perfect for adults 21 and over who prefer The Fremont Street Experience over the strip. It is in the middle of everything. There are no resort fees. Just walk outside and you are already in an adult party atmosphere. The rooms are clean, the only noise I've ever heard are guests talking when coming down the hall, which is perfectly normal in any hotel. The service is great at Magnolia's, Chicago and in the casino. The live music, half clothed street artists, cheaper food/drinks and freak central on Fremont St is zero like the strip. We have stayed here multiple times and prefer it over any others we have been to in Vegas.

  Beware of Thieves in the Valet Parking/Unloading Area

  On 2/9/26, my wife, who is disabled & senior, was sitting on a bench waiting for her mobility scooter to be dropped off in the valet area when her phone was stolen. Despite having a lock on her phone, within 30 minutes, the crooks hacked it, changed the passwords on her email accounts so we could not locate them, and compromised all her credit and debit cards. The hotel's security and valets were not very helpful, despite tipping the valet $30 to help us with our luggage when we arrived just two hours earlier. We immediately filed a police report. As of 3/9/26, these crooks, who are clearly professionals, have now made nearly $20,000 in fraudulent charges. Somehow, they keep opening new Cash App, PayPal, credit, and debit accounts using her personal and email information from the phone they stole, despite us putting a credit freeze, turning off the phone, making fraud alerts, closing all her old banking and credit accounts, filing a report with the FBI, attempting to regain access to the hacked email accounts, etc., etc. Last week, my wife left a voicemail for the Four Queens security and gave them her LVV case number, and asked them to call her, but they never did. I called today, and was sent to voicemail. I had to call three times and insist on speaking to the GM because security was not answering the phone. The operator asked me to try again, and only then did security finally pick up. We used to travel to this hotel 2 to 4 times a year, staying for 2 to 6 days and spending thousands of dollars per stay. Not sure if we're coming back. Hotel ownership and/or management should have dedicated security 24/7 in the valet area to prevent homeless people, criminals, and other non-guests from loitering/sitting on the valet area benches, and/or at the very least, keeping a close eye on them, to protect guests, especially seniors and people with disabilities. These crooks clearly understand that the valet area is a space where they can steal from vulnerable people, a space with no security, and where they can sit, sleep, smoke, and loiter on the benches as long as they want, without anyone asking them to leave. They sit and watch hotel guests load and unload all their property, or wait for an Uber or taxi, or for a mobility scooter to be delivered. etc., waiting for the perfect opportunity to steal, rob, and exploit vulnerable people and populations of hard-working and honest, tax-paying consumers. Thankfully, a detective with the LVMPD is working hard on the case, and some ground is being made. We are in the middle of a nightmare right now, and the support staff from the hotel we have spent tens of thousands of dollars at over the past few years has been MIA.

  Tanaisa the great

  I would like to send a big shout out and a HUGE THANK YOU to Tanaisa. I had a crazy night where i lost my bag and my charger was in it. I had asked a previous employee but pretty much was sent away. After I seen Tanaisa and walked up to her and asked to borrow her charger unfortunately it was not the same but what she did next was THE GREATEST MOST GRATEFUL THING, she managed to get me a charger. Tanaisa, Iam soooo grateful for what you did because that was a huge help for me, HUGE. Mostly not being from Nevada all i needed to do was make a called to be able to get back home and with your help Iam forever but FOREVER GRATEFUL because i was definitely having a freak out moment. Thank you again and best believe what you did for me will be return in a beautiful way. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!! 🫶🏽
