    Fiesta Americana - Fantastic Staff!

    Eduardo, Irwin and Veronica at La Cevicheria (a restaurant at Fiesta Americana) are amazing! They are the best!!! Exceptional service and exceptional food! Love fiesta americana PUERTO. Vallarta!!! Also cannot say enough about all the staff. The darling young lady that checks on you while you are lounging at the beach saw that my 92 year old mother needed a softer chair in her room, and then located one to be brought to her room to help her be more comfortable during her stay. The staff at the Asian restaurant went way above and beyond (with help from Martin, Axel, and Carlos) preparaing a birthday surprise for my Mom, special cake and singing and all. Basically they treat you like family. I've been to this property 3 times now, and have thought about trying another hotel - but have not dared. I do not know how anyone else can compete with the treatment we receive from their amazing staff. See you all soon!

    Our stay at fiesta America was wonderful! What made our stay memorable was the excellent service provided by the team sonne club. Ignacio, Rafael and David thank you very much for your excellent hospitality! We will be coming back for sure!

    Best service in Mexico!

    Wow where do I even start… Pedro, Andres, Luis, Carlos… They are AMAZING! We come every year and these people are why we come! The service is outstanding and we can’t wait to come back next year for that exact reason. We look forward to seeing these guys every year. Rosalio, Marcos, Omar, Alfredo - they made our mornings! Breakfast service was incredible! They are all so sweet and so personable and we looked forward to seeing them every morning! Antonia at the pool bar was fantastic and we loved talking with her. We can’t say enough good things about the people that work here and the top notch service. 100/10 - Thank you for making our trips so great!!!!

    Great Smaller Resort!

    I find that many of the reviews of this resort are name dropping of employees, and although there were many outstanding employees I would like to actually review the resort. For context,this was out 16th all inclusive trip and the 12th resort we have stayed at. Upon arrival we were quickly given room keys and asked if we wanted someone to show us a bit of the resort. At first I thought this would be a timeshare push,but it was not. We spent a few minutes just being shown where the restaurants were located. Even though it is a smaller resort, a map of the resort would have been appreciated. We spent most of our time on the beach, but the beach is only steps from the pool if we wanted to take a dip to cool off. The pool was warm enough and had many shallow ledges to lounge on. There are signs on the loungers that saving is not allowed but the regular on the beach were up early to get their spot. This did not seem to beat problem around the pool. My one complaint of the beach was that many of the loungers were in need of being replaced. Hopefully that is done soon. Food was better than most all inclusive. For breakfast the buffet had a good selection. For lunch the buffet was open as well as the Mexican ala cartes as well as a casual burger snackbar. There is also a coffee shop that has sandwiches, ice cream and some desserts. They did allow food to be taken to the pool or beach seats, but this did cause a bird issue. A trained hawk would definitely help with this. Evening meals are allala carte and require reservations. This was easily done the night before with their app, although I did see some people just showing me what it up and it was never an issue. Our favorite was the Italian. Unlike most resorts there was no dress code. Entertainment was lacking compared to most resorts,but I expected this since it is a small resort. They did have a Mexican night on Friday, and although the entertainment was good it was indoors and very loud. They do have a premium service package and it is offered for day pass of $110 US. This gives access to seating on the veranda of the buffet and access to a rooftop area with 2 infinity pools and 2 hot tubs. The area only has about 30 loungers so it is very small. Although we did enjoy it for the day It would not be a place I would want to be everyday it was too small for my liking. They do have a lunch menu and the food was excellent. Overall I would recommend this resort and we may return in the future.
