Our Breakfast every morning at the Club rewards Members great Experience this Restaurant Breakfast was Top notch very delicious the coffee was So good Gracias Alejandra Top Chef Loved 💕 the Yummy Chilaquiles Gracias Señor Victor Hugo always welcoming Us every morning very Attentive. Only one no so good experience at the Big principal Restaurant 2nd floor, they really need to be more attentive leting Us helping Us guiding Us better to choose the Menu Specially for New clients at this Hotel They never mentioned Us know that stake will take more than 40+Minutes longer not leaving Us alone not checking on Us, We saw many wait staff never looked at Us they need a better Costumer service training specially at a Restaurant with this Category We even told them that We had an Appointment at the Spa. The Stake was kinda hard not tender as I requested no flavor 😕 very blend, Husband was not happy with his food ether. Please Training your Restaurant Staff better you guys can do better than this also make sure the food isTasty, you guys forgot to ask or Offer Stake sauce. For the remaining days my Husband and I decided not to go back to eat at that Restaurant again.

¡Superó todas mis expectativas!
The hotel located so well! I was staying 10 days and I was enjoying my breakfast on 16 floor every day with amazing views on forest and castle. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious, and the evening appetizers were exceptional! What made my stay even more special was the wonderful staff. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive, creating such a warm and pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. A special thank you to Victor in the lounge and Chef Alejandra for their amazing hospitality and for making my experience so memorable! I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back!

Amazing Deep Tissue Massage by Alexa
I went to see Alexa for a deep tissue massage! She made me feel comfortable and calm, she applied the perfect amount of pressure. After I was relaxed and felt less pain, I recommended her and the spa! Clean and relaxing with beautiful views.

Amazing massage with Alexa!
I had the 50 minutes relaxing massage. The room was very serene. Low light, good music, comfortable bed. The heated towels, aroma therapy, and the massage were amazing. I felt totally rejuvenated. Alexa was AMAZING. I look forward to repeating the experience next time I am in town and absolutely recommend it!
