Quiet night of sleep, pretty views, comfortable rooms
We wanted to stay walking distance to Chapultepec Park for a couple of days, and we also wanted to have a quiet night of sleep. We were so happy with our stay at this hotel. First, the room was very spacious, the interior decor was elevated, the beds were very comfortable, and the room was very quiet. We booked a room with a view of Chapultepec castle, and it was lovely in the day, and at night as well. We had access to the lounge on the 16th floor and the snacks and food there was good. They had lots of wall to wall window giving cool views during the day, but at night, the view of city lights was breathtaking. I thought the staff was extremely accomodating, taking our luggage early and agreeing to hold it for us after we checked out for a couple of additional hours. We really loved our stay here and will stay here again anytime we need to be in this area of town.

Unimpressed
Location is ok. I thought this was more of a luxury hotel, but was unimpressed. Similar price point hotels in Polanco were more much more beautiful. Felt completely nickel-and-dimed, and they charged $5 for each nespresso pod. Go somewhere else.

Good location, great service
The location is great and everyone was nice and attentive. I ordered room service and the food was perfect. Only thing I'd mention is the discharge sound, which is a bit louder than expected. The toiletries are great and shower also pretty good. I recommend staying there!

Best breakfast and view
My stay at the Grand Fiesta was great. The room is big and spacious. The view of the Chapultepec Castle is so beautiful. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have tasted. We also used the hotel to host a conference and the lunch served was amazing.

Great place - great value.
Great location in Mexico City... not too far from the airport, right across from Chipultec park. The rooms were clean... the linens crisp... qualitiy pillows, linens and towels. The shower was spacious with great water pressure. The staff is attentive... but, for me... the best part... was the breakfast that comes with the room. I simply did the cold buffet... which was filled with fresh fruits, meats, cheeses and vegetables. It was amazing. And, if you didn't find that to be enough... you could always order something, MTO. And with all of that, its about 1/2 of what'd I expect to pay for the same in the US.
