We had a great time during our stay at the resort. The room was clean and The team (Eladio, Maggi. Herry Soso, Henry Qamcz, Arle, Oscor) was so friendly and helpful. There are lot of activities and kid friendly. Strong recommendation for family vacation!

Excellent for Family
We had a fantastic stay with our two young kids (ages 4 and 1). The resort is super family-friendly with great pools, fun activities, and very accommodating staff. The food was delicious with plenty of options for both adults and kids. Service was excellent — everyone was kind and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and fun family vacation in Cancun! Eladio and Doninique ( most likely, couldn’t remember) were great

Second visit.....as good as the first!
Our second time at Fiesta Americana Condesa and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. Great food, great atmosphere and great service all around. Decided to upgrade the room at check in and the view was fantastic. Will go back again for sure!!

Amazing food Service, Care, and Stay
The experience was everything I wanted. It was comfortable. The staff was attentive for whatever need it was necessary. The food was a highlight of our vacation. It is also one of the first hotels to be picked up and dropped off from excursions such as Xcaret! So no waiting! I only hope to be able to come back soon

Paola is the best
Paola was the BEST!! She treated us so kind every time we went there and always is working so so hard to make sure everyone is happy and has what they need. She is one of the hardest working people at this whole resort and it shows she treated us like family.
