Acapulco is safe for Americans to travel. The people are locals who are lovely and will go out of their way to keep you safe. Ask your taxi Driver for Jose Luciano. He is an amazing person. I went with my wife and kids we walked everywhere and didn’t see anything. As an American family at first we had our worries. After a few days and after having Jose give a beautiful tour of the entire city we learned so much. Jose Luciano will make your trip safe and amazing. Pedro taxi driver from fiesta Americana knows Jose’s number.

Great hotel and restaurant
Very nice hotel, our room was good and had a great view. The beach and ocean were great too. The food at El Mexicano was the best we had in Acapulco! Great service too - thanks to Lopez Pintor and his colleagues!
