NEVER AGAIN
The site makes this a very noisy hotel with sirens, trucks engine braking, motorcycles, and general 24 hour traffic. Our first room assignment had a broken door to the bathroom where the cheap lamination peeled off and cracked the wood at the hinge. The second room assignment had not been cleaned from previous occupants. The third room was tiny with double, not queen, beds and barely room to walk around. The bathroom door barely cleared the front of the toilet. The breakfast area was cramped to try to get food but the selections were so limited it hardly mattered. The carpets are seriously stained. It looks as if haphazard repairs have been made over time but the entire place needs serious renovating, not redecorating, - including the cracked popcorn ceilings.

Be aware that this hotel does not meet Fairfield/Marriott standards
The location is on the edge of Cherry Creek (not the best location). I don't think it has seen an upgrade in 30+ years. The property is in disrepair. The ice machines did not work. Dank smell. The furniture was ripped, dirty or damaged. The linens were thread-bare. The windows were dirty. The room did not have a privacy curtain. If the location and value suit your needs, just be aware that your expectations for a business-quality Fairfield Inn will not be met. The staff was great though!

Absolutely an OK place for this area in Denver
Some of the reviews on this place just crack me up. People book what might be the cheapest place in Cherry Hill, Denver, then torch the place for not being the Ritz-Carlton. The place needs to be totally renovated, the free breakfast is lousy and the same every day, I did not get my free bottles of water in my room. I had zero problems during my three night stay. Very courteous and helpful front desk staff. My room was clean and odor free. The free breakfast wasn’t incredibly great, but pretty much exactly what I expected. Sorry, no lox for the bagels, or Eggs Benedict. No Expresso Machine. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

Forced to stay here for TCS Colorado Sparkler
Our couch inside the Fairfield inn & suites here in Cherry Creek CO smelled funny and then I discovered this horrific site this morning! @marriottbonvoy @tcsports TCS forces us to stay and play and they recommended this place! How are you going to fix this @marriottbonvoy because I’m asking everyone and their mama to reshare this! #cosparkler2023 #marriott #marriottbonvoy #fairfieldinnandsuites I slept on this filth! Please share and reshare on your stories until Marriott makes it right.

Very pleasant stay!
Service: Was great. Friendly and professional welcome by Monica Martin who addressed our request for a quiet room, despite the hotel being close to full capacity. Really went out of her way to help us out. Thanks you Monica! Room: Was very clean, from bedding to carpet to bathroom! Location: Very close to the highway. Easy to get on and off the main roads but obviously some rooms have more noise due to the proximity to the highway. Nearby places to eat: There is one just across from the hotel, which we didn't try, other places require a car (especially in January...) / a relatively short drive. Stuff: Very welcoming and friendly, very considerate and accommodating.
