    Disappointed

    Needs an upgrade in lobby, gaming floors and hotel rooms. No frig or coffee maker, only a safe and hair dryer in the room. Also, a need for upgrading available working outlets for charging items in guest rooms. Staff on the hotel floors was nice enough but even the person at the lobby desk commented that I should have done more to get things fixed early on. Never an apology, just mentioned what I did wrong by not calling front desk. We called guest services who said they would tell maintenance so we assumed they would. 🤷‍♀️

    Beautiful View & Easy Access to the Strip

    Excalibur is a family friendly hotel with easy access to the strip. I enjoy the lower shower base because I have knee/ankle problems so it's a small step to get in. The strip view room was so beautiful af night. Excalibur is our go to hotel for multiple stays on the strip!

    Satisfied

    It was in a nice spot hotel. People are non stop.. Needs a little upgrade but it was okay for a stay..Need atleast a little fridge for food stuff and for hot water boiling or coffee maker.The guy concierge that help us was very helpful making sure our group rooms stay nearer to.each other.

    Outdated Hotel

    Very outdated hotel with old furniture. It needs to be completely renovated inside and out. No amenities or room service. Restaurant are not good and hard to breathe when walking through the casino. It is far from the middle of the action on the Strip although close to the airport.

    No issues for us

    We've stayed at Excalibur several times. Rooms are always clean. This is an older, value hotel so it is not perfect. We have never had an issue here and they always give us free rooms with no resort fee for our next trip. Tip: Avoid eating at the food court and go to the strip if looking for fast food. The food court prices are RIDICULOUS...it cost my husband and I $67 for a burger and fries at Johnny Rockets.
