Evening reception is back and they are now serving drinks.     Nice but watch for scam!

    The hotel and the amenities were great but when you go to check in be careful they will try to force you into paying for an upgraded room. If you refuse they will make you wait until three to check in.

    Excellent property and great staff

    Rooms were spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful with many options even for picky eaters. Staff was wonderful and always willing to help with anything that we needed. The hotel is conveniently located just 5-ish minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops and the Strip.

    Wonderful stay at this hotel

    Had a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites Beachwalk. As a Hilton Diamond I had reserved an oceanview suite and got upgraded to a corner oceanview suite. That was very nice. All employees were very nice. We enjoyed the pool twice. Breakfast was very crowded as expected. The omelet cooks were very cordial and worked very hard. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Waikikki. If you're staying on a Friday night....try to obtain a room on the north side of the Hula Tower so you can watch the fireworks.

    Embassy Suites Waikiki is convenient, friendly, local spirit, and close to everything you would need and want!

    Embassy Suites Waikiki is a perfect experience for families to stay and leisure. The immediate area bustles with retail, restaurants, and Hawaiian cultural programs! Waikiki is truly magical because the culture remains alive and well where ever you go! The best part about the Embassy Suites is the pool area and the morning breakfast buffet!

    Best hotel for families with children

    This Oahu hotel is perfect for families. The standard suite rooms are optimized for families with children. The facilities and rooms were all clean and tidy. The bedding was comfortable. The swimming pool on the 4th floor is also great for younger children. However, I think it won't be easy if you want to enjoy the pool quietly with adults. The beach is close, one block away, and the Waikiki beach walk shopping mall is right next door, so it's perfect for enjoying the famous "Yard house." Parking is provided only by valet parking, which is expensive, but it can't be helped in Oahu. The staff who help with valet parking, the front desk staff, and the pool staff are all kind. However, the complimentary breakfast was so monotonous that I only ate it one day and didn't eat it the next day. A famous Musubi cafe was nearby, so I packed it up and enjoyed breakfast. We stayed in the Partial ocean view room on the top floor of the Hula Tower, and it was better to see the sea and enjoy the city view from the back. Next time I go to Hawaii, I plan to stay here for a long time.
