Beautiful Hotel
This hotel was absolutely amazing! Very beautiful inside and out. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, comfortably fit my family of 5. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is beautiful from the outside, but the rooms are a different story. Carpet needs to be replaced. How can you have burn holds in the carpet, it’s a non-smoking hotel, the carpet was just filthy. One of our rooms had ants and the front desk was in no hurry to have someone come up to spray for the ants. When making reservation and if you have a request, don’t expect the hotel to fulfill it. Our party requested connecting rooms but we were told the hotel did not have connecting rooms. We found out that the young man at the front desk told us something that was not true.

Rude reception, old tired hotel, terrible food
Check in greeted me with all the warmth of a TSA agent. Just stared and typed on her computer and then said “ID”. When the credit card machine didn’t work she insisted it wasn’t the machine even though the machine was saying “timed out” and not declined. But also didn’t offer any other options or help, just ignored me and continued doing other things on the computer. I had to call the credit card company who said no transactions were attempted. Even then she said it can’t be the machine and I had to argue with her that it obviously was and finally she said when the other guy was done I could try him machine. It worked right away. No apology or acknowledgement, she just ignored me and left him to check me in. The place itself is tired and dated. The room is musty/ smells like mold. So far the food has been below average, the breakfast is like a college dining hall. The pool area is right under the highway which they remove from the photos. This is in no way a 4 star hotel, it’s barely the level of a carnival cruise.

Dangerous
This is a death trap for anybody with any type of athsma copd or allergy issues. Mold mold mold. Was there for 5 days. Day 1 walked in the room very musty. Bye the morning having breathing issues, asked for a room change, they said sorry were all booked maybe tomorrow. The next day we got a new room still must mold not good. We had no other choice but to stay. I got home 5 days ago and I am still having breathing issues had to go to the urgent care for a nebulizer treatment. This completely ruined our vacation, what a waste of money and time.
