Better than Great Hospitality
The experience was awesome and the hospitality made the experience twice as nice. Diane the concierge hospitality was amazing she made great recommendations she was so friendly and professional. Because of her I will recommend the Hilton Embassy Suite to everyone I know that will travel to New Orleans.

New Orleans Wedding trip
Latrice at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She never hesitated in assisting us. The System went down a couple times, but she still was helpful. The ambiance of the hotel was also nice.. New Orleans feel. Overall, a good stay

Would stay here again 😃
I decided to book at Embassy Suites to try somewhere different. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with our stay. I had a horrible experience at a Embassy Suites about 10yrs ago in Grapevine Texas and have not stepped foot in one since then till now. I'm glad I decided to give it another shot finally. Cameron the gentleman at the front desk was so sweet and informative. My Service Animals my furr babies (dogs) were welcome. Our room was nice and spacious for my boyfriend and I and my tiny dogs. I would recommend a doggy area/dog park somewhere close. There was just a tiny lil spot for them to go potty in the backside of hotel. We felt ok though walking around the hotel to take them out. We ate at the bar and our food was good with big portions. We could have declared something lol. The Bartender didn't greet us right away but we ended up getting good service and we were happy with our food and drinks. I asked him questions and he was informative. We stayed here just the 1 night and slept well. In the bathroom when I went to shower there was an open bar soap and shampoo in the shower. I left them there but they should have been thrown out after the last guests. There was new ones however on the sink. The room was a suite we stayed in that was only a few dollars more than the regular room. It had a nice lil balcony too, a microwave and a mini fridge which was nice and useful. I would stay here again 😃

Not up to Embassy Suites standards
As a Hilton Diamond member for many years, I have stayed at embassy suites across the country and have come to expect a consistent, mid-range Hilton experience. This hotel, a convenient 2 block walk to the convention center, is FAR below the usual standards. Several of our group discovered our rooms on the 4th floor to be dank, dark and smelling of mildew. The typical open atrium you expect from an Embassy Suites has been walled in, giving the hallways the appearance of a prison with windows into each guest’s room. The lobby artwork is lovely and unique, and perhaps the rooms on higher floors are not quite so grim. We told the hotel manager that we wanted to check out due to the state of our rooms, and they did graciously honor our requests for refunds, and were incredibly apologetic.
