I'm sure there are better options in NOLA....
Spent five nights here for a work conference. It's a 2.5 property that I rounded up to a 3 - The Pros - Easy, safe walk to the convention center Nice lobby decorated in the spirit of New Orleans Balcony rooms are great for fresh air The Cons - Room was dirty, not sure the last time the floor was cleaned, found a bobby pin on the carpet. Had to wear socks or shoes at all times The breakfast was awful..I never bothered to eat it after day one. A homeless man was sleeping on floor 10 - I only saw this when the elevator doors opened up to pick up someone The pillows were very thin Thursday night it was difficult to sleep while a nearby nightclub played loud music all night. Cars were racing up and down the streets as well. I have actually not been impressed the last couple of times I have stayed at any Embassy Suites. The tired and worn properties aren't worth a subpar breakfast and two well drinks nightly. The entire brand needs a facelift.

Great visit!!
What great location!! Spent our anniversary at the New Orleans property on Julie Street and had a great stay! Staff was great and we would definitely stay again! The chief engineer, Mr. Pete & front desk receptionist staff Desiree were amazing!

Motel 6 is nicer than here
This hotel is the Bottom of the barrel for Embassy Suites! Hilton really needs to visit this hotel and see how horrible it is! The rooms are filthy when you check in.. hair in sinks, stained sheets on beds, the covers on their air conditioning units are all coming off wall! The staff takes no ownership at all! Front desk agents are telling you when you check in that the upper management is very uninvolved and not supportive. Front desk agents wear headphones while checking you in. Trash is left in hallways of hotel for long periods of time. I’m going to suggest Hilton meet with all the upper management here as it may be time to clean house! I have truly stayed at motel 6 hotels nicer than this hotel. Do better Hilton and do better Embassy Suites!

TERRIFIED AND ANGRY
I was harassed by 3 of your male staff members on Friday, January 13, 2023 and forced out of the room I was given at check in with two small children with me. I was told the room should be vacant and they treated me as if I had broken into the room. It was scary to say the least and I decided to end my trip early because of it. I was threatened with the police if I didn’t leave the room. I was asked to give my name through the door several times which I voiced I was uncomfortable with and that I would feel better if they had the front desk call the room. They never went to the front desk to have them call and when I called down they were confused as to what was happening and didn’t know what I was speaking about. I felt my kids and I was about to become a victim of kidnapping/ human sex trafficking because I had three men at my door that I couldn’t confirm were apart of hotel staff. Very scary and I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!! I will be reporting this harassment to the BBB. I even spoke to your general manager and she didn’t seem to empathetic. Her facial expression seemed as if she didn’t care when I was on the verge of tears not knowing that if I opened the room door like the 3 men demanded that me and my girls would be okay. Absolutely disgusting your staff!

Super Nice People !
Cynthia at the front desk was SUPER helpful and nice when I arrived late in the night after a delayed flight. It was lovely having a smiling face greeting me - she found me an even bigger room. Breakfast was also tasty - and Ms Dana who made the omelets was super sweet and made me a delicious breakfast. Also the valet guys were super fast. All in all a nice quick stay. Thanks Embassy Suits NOLA! :)
