Horrible Service from the Front Desk
I came to the room at 10PM and turned on the tv while planning on going to bed. The TV screen was cracked so I took a picture of it. I went downstairs and showed them the picture and told them that I am going to bed so if this is a long fix, just give me a credit for tonight and take care of it tomorrow. I am not sure if they didn't believe me or not but they said maintenance needs to verify it. I again told them I am going to bed so if maintenance is coming up, tell them to bring a TV with them. Of course maintenance showed up and said "yep, it is broke" and didn't have a TV. I decide to just go to bed. 15 mins later Gabby calls me and says they want me to pack up and move to another room. I told her I am literally under the covers and to just give me a few bucks off for the night and we can worry about it tomorrow. She said she refused because they offered me another room. I argued for about 3 mins about not wanting to pack my stuff and move since I am already in bed. Gabby said "I offered you a solution instead of money and you refused so there is nothing else I can do" in a very rude tone. I just laughed at her and said I am staying put and will remember this. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and a Diamond member. Apparently Gabby and this hotel doesn't care. I will move onto a different location on my next business trip.

What a disaster
This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. First the television in the sitting area of the suite was not working, the remote was missing the back. The lamps were rusted and had to be replaced in the sitting room and the bedroom. I was told they do not make up the room more than once every 4days unless asked by the guest,this means no new towels, toilet paper or emptying of tiny wastebaskets so we asked for daily room service. Okay on day two. But arriving back on day 3to unmade beds, no towels or toilet paper, I had to express my dismay to the desk in person since no one answers the phone on the front desk. They offered to change my room but with no help at all from staff as they claimed they had no service personnel or housekeeping people or carts to assist me. I found the new room was missing a lamp, pillows and coffee service so moved it all myself from my old room. This hotel is a tired disaster and the senior staff management should be fired. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ANY COST.

Hello i what to thank you y'all for making my stay here wonderful my room was just nice clean bathroom was very very clean the housekeeper did a wonderful job thank you are me the hold hotel what beautiful the guest service representation 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯 i was in room 630 on 01/23-25-2023

Very good
nice, comfortable place, friendly and helpful staff and abundant and good US breakfast. Clean, swimming pool and beauty center available. Very nice room, quiet. I suggest it, I will come back next time.

Poor Service
Bad experience, found a bug in bathroom. Phone did not work & no ironing board. After attempts using cell phone to reach them we went to front desk about complaints. Our request was never addressed.
