On arrival the hotel looks nice then they must have given us the most awful room it was very smelly Smelt of damp the two TVs didn’t work. The lights didn’t work. The decoration in the room was awful. Been there for hundreds of years the beds were clean but that’s about all all the doors paved with hand marks with years of hand marks Would not go again breakfast was awful. I’m sure the scrambled egg was powder and then just added water to it. Well at least that’s what it tasted like only one toilet as an absolute nightmare always big queues breakfast stuff were rude only one 2 slot toaster I went to grab an apple and stuck my fingers through them yuck

Cute hotel in Paris. Easy to get around, walk to Arc De Triomphe. Rooms was clean. Kitchenette was a bit too cramped to use effectively, and out dated, which is one of the reasons we booked this place. Was a bit hard to cook in. Breakfast was good.

Nice & clean
Nice hotel in a good location with clean rooms & friendly staff. Only had 2 issues 1st was had to pay £250 deposit when checking in ( which never done this in Paris before ) & was told if we left any stains on the towels we would be charged, we went & brought our own towels so we didn’t have to use theirs.

Beware of deposit deductions and poor communication
I stayed at the Hotel Elysées Union for two nights with my wife, our 15-year-old daughter, and our 18-year-old son. While the stay itself was fine, their post-checkout handling of our security deposit was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.We paid a €200 security deposit at check-in but only received €160 back after returning home. When I emailed the hotel to ask why, they claimed we had stained five towels over our two-day stay (likely from makeup or fake tan used by my wife and daughter).What infuriates me is the complete lack of communication. If there was an issue with how the towels were being used, why did housekeeping or management not mention it after the first night so we could address it? Furthermore, absolutely nothing was said to us when we checked out. Instead, they waited until we had completely left the country to quietly deduct whatever amount they pleased from our deposit without any prior warning or documentation.I understand hotels have policies regarding damaged property, but blindsiding guests after they leave is a terrible way to do business. If you stay here, be very careful with your deposit and make sure to double-check everything before you leave the building.

Loved our hotel! Victor, Rasheen and Hamad were so helpful. We truly appreciated Victors help. Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean.
