Just returned from a 4 night stay at the resort. We previously stayed at the same hotel when it was branded Now Amber years ago. Place is surprising well kept. Trip initially did not start well. Our room had a bad AC. We called and a repair person came who supposedly fixed it. Did not fix. Called again. Same guy, same assertion AC fixed. Did not fix. This comedy went on for about 1.5 hours. Finally insisted on a different room and the new room had a perfectly working AC. Wish that was the first solution and not the last. Otherwise, the resort exceeded our expectations. Food was good and there was usually no wait. Only the Japanese restaurant had about a 15 minutes wait. Other restaurants, we were seated right away. There were the usual towel game for the pool and beach chairs but we were always able to snag decent chairs. We have been to many all inclusive resorts and I can't find many faults with Deams Vallarta.

Celste Chavez - The Best Wedding Coordinator We Could Have Asked For
I wanted to leave a review to thank our wonderful wedding coordinator, Celeste Chavez, who made our special day better than I could have ever imagined. Living in the U.S., I was initially nervous about working with a coordinator based in Mexico, but the more I worked with and got to know Celeste, the more confident and at ease I felt. She is not only an incredible wedding coordinator, but also a genuinely wonderful person. Everything was absolutely amazing—the wedding itself, the service, and all the thoughtful details she provided to make our day truly unforgettable. We had so many requests and needed quotes for countless things, yet Celeste remained calm, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. She was always quick to respond, and once we arrived a few days before the wedding, she was by our side every step of the way. I highly recommend getting married at this beautiful venue, and if you have the opportunity, I cannot recommend choosing Celeste enough. We truly couldn’t have asked for anyone better. Any initial doubts we had completely disappeared, and the entire process was smoother and more enjoyable than we ever expected. Celeste reassured us from the very beginning, and she was absolutely right—everything turned out perfectly. We will never forget our special day at Dreams/Secrets, and Celeste Chavez is the reason we had such a successful and PERFECT wedding. Thank you so much, Celeste—you are truly the best wedding coordinator ever!!!

Our wedding at Dreams was 100% !!
My husband and I got married at Dreams in November 2025. It was absolutely the most amazing experience and a week of events and moments together with family that we will never forget. Livier was our wedding planner, her and i were in contact for about a year before our big day. I was a little nervous to meet and see if all of my requests and visions would come to life.. but Livi went above and beyond to ensure it was a dream come true, and everything was exactly as I wanted. She was super easy to communicate with, and the sweetest energy for me and my family the entire week. We are excited to return to the resort for our anniversary, and couldn't be happier with Livi and the Dreams team!

Loved It!
We had an absolutely amazing time at Secrets Vallarta Bay. The food was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. A special thank you to Jimmy and Noe from the E-Team, who never passed by without stopping to say hello and brighten our day. Their energy and kindness truly made our experience even more memorable. The professionally led yoga sessions with Janna and Tracey from FitBodies Inc. were a definite highlight of our stay. What a perfect way to start each morning. They were not only excellent instructors, but also wonderful ambassadors for the resort, always happy to share tips about activities and events. The sunsets from the lobby bar were absolutely unforgettable and something we will truly miss. We can’t wait to return!

Dreams in Puerto Vallarta
It was more then we expected! Service was top notch and Fatima as well as Mauricio were the best! I would come back and probably will next year
