    Resort good but service standard not there

    Food and restaurants were good but we had issues with service in the buffet and pool area. A lot of staff clearing out tables but hardly any serving you. Not even filling up water. Felt was not up to 5 star standard or we were too spoilt at other resorts

    Family of 8 visit to Dreams / Secrets Puerto Vallart

    Family of 8 vacation to Puerto Vallarta March 11th to 25th 2025 Our recent visit to Dreams / Secrets in Puerto Vallarta was fantastic mainly due to staff. Given this was my wife and my 10th visit, we decided to share this experience with our two children, their spouses, and 2 grandchildren ages 3 years and 9 months. We all shared the first week together with us staying on ourselves for the second week. We would like to acknowledge and thank the following people for outstanding and friendly service. Maricruz Romero F. Member Services Executive Maricruz met us all when we arrived, ensured our rooms were ready as requested including a crib for our grandson and checked in with us daily to make sure everything was meeting our expectations. Carlos Miranda and his team Jose, Maria, and Fernando in the Secrets Preferred building were outstanding and responded to every request promptly and with a smile. Restaurants were great. Special thanks at Asian to Maquiel (manager) Daniel, Carlos, and Javier who provided exceptional service to all of us on our special last dinner together. As always the Market Cafe staff make us feel at home, thanks to Wendy, Benito, Jaklyn, and Ceasar, as well as Mariana our hostess. Capers (Italian restaurant) was our favorite with special thanks to Oscar, Francisco, and Laver for going above and beyond to provide exceptional experience. Our only disappointment was the very slow service we had at the Bordeux (french restaurant) on our last night in November of 2024 and our last night of this trip where we ended up walking out. Needless to say, no more last night dinners at Bordeux. A big thank you also to Maria and team in house keeping for cleaning our room daily in a pleasant and timely manner.

    Great all inclusive in Puerto Vallarta

    We had a great trip! The room was spacious and clean with an ocean view. All of our dinners were amazing and each restaurant has great food and service. The only eh moment is breakfast as only the buffet is open and it has the same options daily. The pool area is great but people will try to reserve chairs without actually using them. We either found empty ones (which was hard) or took the towels off two random ones with no problems. There’s attendants who come around asking if you want anything to eat or drink which was great. If you look young make sure you bring your id with you to the bars, they might ask to check! We also loved the entertainment team, specifically Diego and Jorge, who went above and beyond every day. There are activities like cocktail making, dance classes, Zumba, and bingo. The shows are not to be missed either, especially the celebration one. The resort is also a short walk from el malecón which was a cool trip. Overall great stay, would highly recommend!

    Our Son's Wedding (group of 33 people)

    Great experience...lots of activities. Rooms were very spacious, the bed and the pillows were super comfortable. The beach was sloped (a bit steep) and the waves were quite violent a lot of the time, usually under a red flag and occasionally a yellow flag. They are very generous with the food and drinks. The dinner buffet had different theme nights (BBQ, Asian Fusion for example) and that was a really nice treat. As with any resort, it was really hard to get a pool chair unless you were down there at the crack of dawn. There were a lot of reserved chairs that sat empty for hours during the peak times. It quieted down at 10pm every night. The wait for one of the 3 elevators was typically pretty short. We were visiting for our son's wedding and the wedding itself was perfectly planned, it was exactly what they wanted. The cocktail hour food was fabulous, as was the dinner meal, but unfortunately it was pretty cold by the time it reached our table.

    Dreams Resort in Puerto Vallarta a great experience!!

    The rooms were exceptional with an amazing view. Beds were confortable and the Robes were a nice touch after the beautiful jacuzzi tub bath! Our family is talking about a family reunion at Dreams! We absolutely loved it and didn't want it to end!
