Resort grounds were gorgeous. Wait service was great, room service was prompt. The room itself was just ok, a lot of little things that needed to be addressed. The medical was terrible. Food was just ok. My personal concierge was great. For the money I’m not sure I would go back.

I recommend this hotel for families that are willing to enjoy and be sure that everything is taken care of for them. Very clean, neat and organized. Friendly staff. As a family of 3, we enjoyed every moment. Such a nice place that it's going to stay in my memories forever.

Loved the Dreams Royal Beach, Punta Cana
Fantastic resort. The new Preferred area is wonderful. Building 7 with the enhanced Suite was fabulous. It never seemed busy and the service was spectacular. Always lots of sun loungers and no need for reserving them as in many other resorts. Our Butler Billy looked after all our needs including water and rum in our room, reservations and special dietary needs. Issa, Wanda, Obispo and Sebastian were fabulous bar tenders.

Amazing staff!
I had an amazing time! The staff and service was excellent. Rigoberto was one of the staff/waiter that was wonderful, remembered us and what we would like to drink and made us try new things! Always smiling and making us laugh! I would definitely come back.

Just spent 10 wonderful days at Dreams. It was our second time there. We stayed in the new preferred area which was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were super spacious and well equipped. The new area is quite far from the beach and although we love to take long walks we did find it to be a lot several times a day. There are carts to drive you down but getting back was often an issue. Keep an eye out for “crazy driver”, he is super entertaining and friendly. One of our main reasons for returning was our butler Roberto. He goes out of his way daily to make sure that everything is fantastic. We didn’t need him much but it’s nice that he’s always available when needed. Thank you Roberto for all you did! The food is pretty good but falls short of great. The preferred breakfast down at the beach is another reason we returned but we felt the menu was lacking a bit although the service was always good. Thanks Alejandro and Yeneison for breakfast. Tomas overheard it was our last night and asked us to have our last night at Seaside, he went above and beyond with the best table in the house along with great service The other al a carte restaurants were all quite good but just seemed to missing something. We enjoyed a nightly nightcap with Nurkiara. She was so wonderful, she was always so happy and remembered us. She might be under utilized there. The service at the beach and preferred pool bar was spotty. Sometimes they came around, sometimes not. Sometimes they had premium beers at the beach and sometimes not. Big complaint was that the preferred bar at the pool never had premium beer so we would have to walk to the preferred bar to get them ourselves. Anthony and David were always great. I would most definitely recommend Dreams and will likely return but it would be nice if the was some adults areas or if small kids were more encouraged to go to the kids pool instead of hanging on the steps.
