We had such a wonderful time!!! This resort was perfect for kids. Roxana, Juan, Puerto, Bellman were so nice and helpful along with all of the staff. The food is great and the kids club was top notch!!! The women who worked in there are great with kids and make every activity fun.

Best Resort in Cancun
Edwin was always on top of things by the Sea Legs Bar. There was great entertainment at the sea legs bar. There was also great music and it was never too busy or loud. The entire resort is fantastic and was way better than I expected i would recommend you come here if you are planning to visit Cancun

Family fun!
Our families favorite resort in Mexico (4&7 year old). Swam with dolphins, waterslides, lazy river, great drinks, entertainment fun! Ivan was our favorite waiter during our stay and new what we wanted without asking! We will be back! Oh upgrade to preferred club ocean view building 6. You won’t regret the views and closeness to the pools, beach and activities.

Brenda and Adam at Gaucho restaurant
Brenda and Adan at Gaucho restaurant are amazing. Service was so professional and friendly. It made the awesome food even better. All of the servers at Secrets were great but these two were especially awesome.

Awesome bartenders at the Preferred Club!
Amazing experience from all of the servers and bartenders, but especially We wanted to give a shout out to Alejandro and Adolfo, the bartenders at the preferred club lounge for the amazing drinks throughout our stay. Really taking the time to know what we like, and individualized drinks for both of us. They were both incredibly attentive! 👍
