Not the place i will visit again. Food options were very limited for the vegetarians. The place does not have enough staff to support the guests (from check-in process to serving in restaurants). For late nights, there is nothing to eat in late hours.

Location.: resort area and it is not crowded with any of the neighbour. Atmosphere.: good vibes Room.: needs upgrade especially doors and bathroom. Value.: was up to par staff is super helpful and accommodating. restaurant was flexible enough to accommodate our special needs. Cleanliness.: cleaned Noise level.: normal Amenities.: plenty for family, friends and couple. (love the local soccer game on sand)

Help with flight complications
We had a problem with our flight and Luis helped tremendously. He cut through the bureaucracy and spoke to a person at the airline and solved our problem. Having Luis on staff is an asset to the hotel. He is a very intelligent and efficient young man.

Terrible upkeep of the "resort". Limited options for dining especially with some restaurants closed alternating days. Mold on cabanas. Algae in pool. Tiles falling off. Uncomfortable lounge chairs - impossible to lay on stomach. I was there with a friend who had great things about UVC but was left wondering why ANYONE would become a member. The staff was courteous and nice but the resort condition was disgusting.
